It is memory foam. It flattens when laying on it and fluffs back up when not in use. I cannot truly recommend this pillow. Sorry. I had high expections.

This is the best pillow I've ever experienced. It molds to your shape and holds it all night. As in the Goldilocks and the three bears,...not too hard, not too soft, but just right!

Love the fact that my neck isn't hurting every morning from sleeping on my side. No more stiff necks. Could use little softer for my head tho. Pillow does not go flat so that's a plus for me. Best pillow I have found in years , finally!

We purchased these to replace our old ones. They are really nice and comfortable. My daughters tried to take them to sleep own, but my husband was not having that. Would definitely recommend.

My wife was getting neck pain from her pillow. We purchased 2 of the Tempur-Cloud pillows, one for each of us. This pillow stopped her neck pain. It provides just the right height for us and a good night's sleep.
