I purchased two of the tempur-pedic cloud pillows and am delighted to say I'm not disappointed. I sleep comfortable again and my neck never hurts when I get up. This is the most amazing pillow ever! I had severe neck and back pain along with sinus headaches daily, once I received my pillow, I noticed the difference the very first night I slept on it! I awoke the next morning feeling refreshed, energized and the headaches, back and neck pain are all in the past! Thank you for such an amazing pillow!

I got this wonderful pillow and honest...I have not had neck pain since and I am amazed when I wake up and think...wow...I slept all night and didn't wake up once. Best pillow ever. These are my favorite pillows I've ever used. I'd been having neck pain and decided to try the cloud pillows out. I have had wonderful sleep since I've been using them and will never go without again! Neck pain and headaches have been significantly reduced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically sleep on a down feather pillow so I was worried about the firmness of this pillow. I am pleased with the comfort. I'd give it 5 stars but I find myself waking up with a very hot head sometimes.

For the first 10 seconds of laying on this pillow it is like laying on a cloud, then it turns into a solid board of compressed pain. Every night I sleep on this pillow I get neck pain. I've moved back to my original pillow. The compressed state of the pillow does not work for me.

In the last couple of month, I found my self sleeping on my arms and finding it difficult to settle to sleep and stay asleep comfortably. My arms were falling asleep and I felt lots of discomfort and sometimes pain. A good friend recommend the Tempur-cloud pillow to me, and it has been a life changing experience. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The name "tempur-cloud" is so misleading. Sleeping on these pillows is like sleeping on a rock. The pillow does not conform to my head and it sleeps hot. I even called the company, before purchasing, and was told the pillow is soft. I called the company afterwards and was told it might help to soften them a bit if I sit on top of them during the day whenever possible. Nope. The only purpose these pillows will serve me, besides making me feel ripped off and vowing to never trust Tempurpedic again, is that they are good for propping me up as I sit up in bed, watching my tablet, before going to sleep.

The reason I bought from Tempurpedic is because my grandson works there and he often spoke about how particular they were about the quality of their products. I am planning on buying a mattress in the not so distant future.
