[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firm but not hard. Not warm like down. The best pillow I've ever had and I have gone though many to find a good balance of firmness and form fitting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is well made, but I find that it is just too thin for my liking. If you like having a thinner pillow, I would chose this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is great for people who need something a little softer! It's great for sleeping on my side and back, and it's softness makes it great for people who move around a lot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillows are wonderful. They not only hold their shape, they stay cool. If you are a side or back sleeper, you need this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is very comfortable for most positions as I rotate from side to back. It's a deal and well worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I have had these pillows for about a month now. We both love them! They are so much more comfortable than our previous pillows. I definitely think they are worth the money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a similar memory foam pillow prior to purchasing this one and this one knocks the old one out of the park!
