It is not life-changing or even life-enhancing. Look elsewhere. It is a heavy hunk of foam, woohoo! I just described its best feature, a heavy hunk of foam.

This pillow was free with my purchase of a Tempurpedic topper. A little too dense for me. Otherwise just like other memory foam products. I will save it for guest room.
