Unfortunately once the head rests on this pillow it goes completely flat. I really did not feel any support. The pillow indeed feels like a cloud but loses it's fluffiness overall.

I bought these because I saw hundreds of reviews raving about them. They are too soft for my liking. I love a good firm pillow. I wish I would have tried them before ordering online.
