It is comfortable with my new tempurpedic mattress, which has the adjustable base. I sleep with my mattress slightly elevated, and then this pillow is just right.

I love my new pillow. I have a terrible time finding pillows that support my neck and head in a way that is comfortable. Like Goldilocks, most are too hard others are too soft. This one is just right! So glad I found it!

Love the fact that my neck isn't hurting every morning from sleeping on my side. No more stiff necks. Could use little softer for my head tho. Pillow does not go flat so that's a plus for me. Best pillow I have found in years , finally!
