Great Value and Quality Kitchen

We got this for my daughter who is almost 2 for Christmas. She loves it! I did a lot of research before making the purchase and this is a great kitchen with a reasonable price tag. It is great for small spaces and blends nicely with netrual decor. The only disappointment was that the facucet is pretty cheap and the tops of the screws are exposed in a few areas.

Toddler's Delight

My 2 year old loves it. I got it for her for 2nd birthday and she plays with it everyday. When she opened it she did a little dance. I love the little noises the burner makes, but it shuts off on its own so it is not annoying. There is plenty of storage room and it's small enought that it fits nicely in my family room, but big enough to play. This item goes for $100 + shipping anywhere else.

My daughter loves her kitchen set. She didn't play with it a lot when we first got it when she was ~18 months, but now that she is 2 it is used every day for make believe play. Good value. One issue is that the phone stopped working on Day 1 and when I changed the batteries it still wouldn't work. Also, I wish it came with some fake food as well.

WE GOT THIS KITCHEN FOR OUR 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER, SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT! THE BURNER MAKES BOILING AND FRYING NOISES THAT MY DAUGHTER GOES CRAZY FOR. WE LOOKED FOR OTHER KITCHENS, BUT FOR THE PRICE, THIS IS NOT ONLY ECONOMICAL BUT TONS OF FUN FOR ALL!

4 hours of nonstop play!

I wasn't sure what to get my 21mo old son for Christmas until I saw this. $7.00 shipping got it to me in 3 days. It took hubby 1.5hrs to put together & place stickers. The burner needs a slim neck phillips screwdriver. He used the electric on everything else. The detail is gorgeous. My mom said she'd never seen such a complete set & it's compact! The bonus 101pc food was great, but I still bought more for variety (cans & bottles). I read that the microwave keypad could be bought from step 2, but they wouldn't sell it to me cuz it didn't originally come with this kitchen. I did manage to get the keypad & it makes all the difference in the world. My son microwaved chicken & talked on the phone for 4hrs straight, completely ignoring all other presents. I have a baby on the way & I couldn't be happier. They'll have fun together with this. I've included a cell phone pic. My son is 33" tall.

A great buy!

We bought this kitchen for our almost 2 year old son. He loves it! He uses it every day. It's small enough to not be too obtrusive, yet it's large enough so that he'll get a few years of use out of this toy. I liked that the colors were gender neutral also. It did take a little bit of time for my husband to assemble, but it seems quite sturdy and I think it will hold up well to lots of use.

Great Product!

This Step2 Kitchen is well made, well put together and is packed with features for the price. Small issues include no pre-drilled holes; recommend a power screwdriver. Some great features: stove has different sounds depending on whether you use the frying pan or pot; phone makes sounds; lots of appliances and fruits and vegetables to play with; one note: the plates do not fit on the dish rack very well but you can solve that with dollar store plates.

A Very Happy Birthday

We purchased this for our 2 year old as a birthday present. It was very easy to assemble and she is absolutely thrilled with it. She plays with it nearly every single day and it has lots of drawers and appliances to hide things in. It was a great value for the money. The one thing is that all the little cherry stickers are a gaudy, so it was good to see that you could leave those off and it still looks nice.

Christmas present

Overall we are happy with this kitchen. We wish that it made more noises, particularly the sink. Putting it together was easy and all of the parts were included- nothing missing. We did notice that some of the parts, like the fridge door, were scratched. The stove top seemed a bit bent, too, after my husband put the burners on. But considering this kitchen was much cheaper than some of the other Step 2 kitchens we considered, we are happy with what we got for the price we paid.

Very Good

Overall this product is really good. I purchased it for my 18 month old and she plays with it all the time. My 7 year old is also enjoying it. It was pretty easy to assemble and took less then 1 hour. The only thing we do not like is that is doesn't make many sounds like some of the other play kitchens.
