Love Love Love It

bought this kitchen for my 2yr old for christmas; she hasn't played with anything else. I assume it was easy to put together, my 17yr old son and nephew did it in about 1 hour, minus the stickers. only draw back is second burner is just a sticker, but i guess thats why the lower price and not many batteries needed. in all a great product and doesn't take up too much space once its put together but comes in a huge box. get ready to be fed lots of pretend meals

Easy to assemble (about an hour) and sturdy. We purchased this for our 3 year old granddaughter to play with when she visits. She loves cooking for us in her kitchen and talking on the phone. She wishes the buttons for the microwave were like the ones on the phone (beep when pressed). Great boiling and frying sound effects.

All around awesome Product

Great product. Instructions where so easy to understand. I the mom put it together while my 3 and 1 1/2 yr old where awake in less then an hour. Such good quality and well worth the every penny. My kids love it and play with it every day! The dishes it came with and salt and pepper shakers are so cute! The stickers are soo cute and really add to it. I have nothing bad to say about this product you will not be disappointed! A+++++

LOVE it!

I purchased this kitchen without seeing it in person first and was a little worried about it, but I am not disappointed at all. This kitchen looks amazing! It was easy to put together with a power drill. It has a ton of places for my 17 month old daughter to stash stuff and open and close drawers and doors. I can't wait until she sees it on Christmas!

Fantastic Little Kitchen

My Granddaughters little friend had this kitchen and she enjoyed playing with it so much i had to get her one for her 2nd birthday. what i like about the kitchen is it's size, the design covers all areas of a play kitchen yet isn't a huge piece of "furniture". Since I babysit her, she uses our guest room so this will fit in there perfectly. When her Mom and sister were small I purchased the 3 piece kitchen for them; wish this one was available 25 years ago. this product is SO worth the money.

definitely worth it

Santa was at a loss as to what to get my 14 mo old daughter for Christmas this yr. When searching online, I came across similiar kitchens and thought it would be a cute idea and something she'd be able to use for a few yrs to come. During my research, I found this one and decided to go ahead and order it. Walmart's prices were great and the site-to-store shipping is free and very fast. This product is very quick and easy to assemble and is absolutely adorable. It would easily go w/any decor and is not too big either so you could move it from room to room w/no problem. She's having a lot of fun playing w/it so far, although she can't quite reach the higher up stuff. My 3 1/2 yr old son is getting his fair share of play time w/it as well!

Christmas Morning Superstar!!!

Great gift for our 2 1/2 and 1 1/2 year old granddaughter and grandson. The other presents were left in the shade. Lifelike sounds from the stove top were the bomb!! Would like a little more storage space, but it is really a great item that will grow with them.

Worth what I paid

We had a previous set that made all kinds of sounds, expensive, but in all actuality was not the most durable. My daughter who was around two at rhe time destroyed it. We purchased this set online, for her, for Christmas. She is now three. She absolutely enjoys it. Out of all the sets out there, I think this is well worth the money. I did not want to go broke buying her a set. I trust the step 2 name. My only complaint is that we bought a box of food for the set, and with previous kitchen plates and cups, there is not enough room to store all the stuff. Otherwise dont waste your money on any other set.

Great compact durable kitchen

With this kitchen, we upgraded in size from the Little Tikes Side-by-Side kitchen, which served us very well through 2.5 children and was perfect for us for that time. Now, the Step2 Custom Kitchen is great - not too large so still fits nicely in a small play space - but has a few features new to us that we love, e.g. "microwave," "water dispenser," 3 drawers, and 1 cabinet, plus some much-needed counter space. The dish holder above the sink and range is a super use of space and is great for storing the dishes that come with the set, as well as random other dishes we've acquired over the years, such as a tea set. It also has the bells and whistles that kids love, like the grilling sound when a pan is on the range. My only complaint is that the oven could have a shelf inside, instead of just resting pans on the bottom of it, but this is not a big deal at all. I find the best part is the area on the very top of the kitchen, where we can store extras and where my oldest child can put the smaller items so that the baby can't reach them. Overall, we are thrilled with our purchase, and this was a great value!
