I love this particular kitchen, very sturdy and long lasting. I bought the exact one 3 years ago it's still beautiful and my niece still plays with it. I was happy to find it on the Walmart website so I was able to purchase it again for another lucky little girl. The newer models are much lighter and not as detailed.

I ordered this kitchen for my kids for Christmas and thankfully decided to put it together early. It was an absolute nightmare to assemble. The holes were not pre-drilled and so you had to push the screws through thick plastic by hand. Then when I got it all assembled I discovered that the battery powered burner didn't work. So I am now waiting for a replacement part. However, it is very cute and I'm sure my kids will love it.

I am sure that my child will love this kitchen. However, it took 2 hours to assemble (not all holes were pre-drilled). I spent 1/2 hour on the plate rack alone. After making sure eveything was in place and tightly screwed in, I uprighted the kitchen to find that the plate rack screws are not long enough. So that part just falls off. The counter? It has separated 2 inches from the rest of the kitchen, so I'll have to redo those screws another day. I would return the kitchen if it weren't already assembled, if it would fit in my car, and if my child's birthday weren't tomorrow.

Got this for our three year old son which he enjoys playing with it every day. My only complaint is that the plastic its made out of is warped in some spots so the product is not very level in some areas. Your kids will enjoy playing with it, however for the money paid it should be a little better constructed.

I have to say that out of all the kitchens we have researched, this is the one that takes the cake. It's not too big, and its not too small. All the features are just right for our little girl who's turning 2 on October 15th. We know she will love it. For all you parents who are trying to research all the many play kitchens out there.. and who are looking for the best value for the money.. this is the one! Building it was pretty easy (except for feeling like I had developed Tennis Elbow because I did not use an electric screwdriver). The most difficult part for me was putting the stickers on it, and trying to keep them straight. The kitchen is very sturdy and heavy enough so that it won't topple over during play!!!

For the money, it's cute, but my biggest issue is that there is not enough storage space and working space. I read reviews about needing a power drill, but forgot about that. They do not provide holes for every part that needs to be screwed in. How many people actually have a power drill? So, the whole thing is not secure because I couldn't drill new holes into the product. My daughter says she misses the other one she had with the cash register and dish washer. I got a new one for 79, because the one I paid 5 dollars for at a garage sale was dirty and the stickers were ruined. I guess I should have stuck with the old.

this kitchen set is awesome! i got it for my daughters 2nd birthday and she loves it! its the perfect size, its not top heavy, and has so many cute features and storage for play food! only complaint is the dish rack was difficult for me to attach because you have to screw/drill the nail into the actual plastic and it was a challenge! other than that this kitchen is great and i definatley recommend it!

This kitchen meets my expectations because it was easy to put together, it looks cute, and my child loves it. I had previously shopped at ToysRUs for kitchens before checking at Wal-Mart.com and I found this kitchen to be nicer and of better value than anything that I found at ToysRUs. I would recommend this product to other families.

We purchased this for my daughter for her bday she is 2 and we have a son who is 4.They both love it and it is just right for both of them.We decided on this one because we wanted them to play with it for a while. It was easy to put together and the noise effects are so cutie my daughter loves that it sounds like when mommy cooks. Get a small table and the other cooking items and you are set for a least a 30 min break from sibilings fitting over toys. It is a must bye!!!

The size of this kitchen is great for a small area, but there are many negatives. I really thought Step 2 was a great product, however when we were putting this together for our daughter on Christmas Eve the Oven door and lower cabinet door were missing. The doors that came installed are very hard to open. And you don't get the bells and whistles with this kitchen. What you see is what you get. The phone doesn't beep or ring, the microwave doesn't make any noise either. I will give Step 2 some credit because we have already received the missing parts only a week later.
