Just purchased this for my almost 2 year old granddaughter for Christmas. She loved it as well as a grandson, 2 1/2. Great product at a reasonable price. Seems to be sturdy enough to withstand what small children put toys through. A little trouble with assembly; directions weren't always as clear as they needed to be and it wasn't always obvious where the screws to hold it together went as there weren't "starter" holes.

We purchased this play kitchen for our two and half year old daughter for Christmas. She loves it. Our biggest deciding factor for this kitchen over other kitchens was the size. It's not too wide and still had the fun features we knew our daughter would enjoy. The little phone is one of her favorite accessories. It would be neat if the microwave and the oven had real buttons that made humming or timer sounds but it's also nice to not have too much noise coming from the kitchen. The little basket that it comes with stores a good amount of play food. The other compartments (cabinet, drawer, fridge and microwave) can also hold a lot if your looking for places to store play food and other play kitchen accessories when not in use. We chose to not put the top stickers on as they seemed a little cheesy to us. Assembling took a little bit of time so be prepared to spend an hour or two. It wasn't hard though. Having an electric screwdriver or drill to screw some of the pieces together is necessary. The box the product came in would not fit in our car so be prepared to have a large enough vehicle to transport the box home or open the box and take the pieces out and flatten the box to get it home.

We have been playing non-stop with the kitchen since Santa brought it:) It fits so much into a compact design that is ideal for small spaces. It took my husband and I just about an hour to get it together, including all the stickers. We love the sizzle and boiling sounds. This is a great product!

We bought another kitchen for our daughter for Christmas and it was terrible! This kitchen is so much better and is well worth the money! It is a little tough to put together but much easier than the first one we bought. You can't find a better deal than the step 2 kitchen!!

I purchased this for my 15mth old for a Christmas gift. Her granny has the smaller version and she just loves playing with the kitchen at her grannys so I figured I would get her one for Christmas. I purchased this in stores and when I got it home I figured it would take me forever to put together. Boy was I wrong it came in 4 total pieces and took about 30mins to completely put together and was super easy I didn't even need the help of my husband. Plus it is a SUPER quality plasic so you don't have to worry about the kitchen falling over. It also comes with storage spots like the draw and cabinets which is a HUGE plus since I did purchase some play food and additional pots & pans. I would highly recommend this kitchen to anyone it is super easy to put together and it's a GREAT quality sure to last a very long time!!

Last year for Christmas, I got my kids a lil my size kitchen from a dollar store. And the were only 2 and 1 and they like it but they could pick it up and carry it all around the house and I got tired of that. This year I purchased this product, my kids and step kids love it. I love it. There eyes lit up once they uncoverd it for Christmas this year. Thanks for dropping the price so that I could get it. Its WONDERFUL.

I did a lot of research on kitchens before I bought this and was not disappointed. My 17 mo. old loves it and her 5 & even 8 yr. old sibs love to play with her! The cooking sounds effects make a fun toy. It is sturdy and pretty. Great buy and mine even came with free $20 bakeware!!

i bought this product because it seemed small enough to fit our living room (which it is). the assembly was easy except that not all the holes are already made, i had to make them with the screws. my 2 year old daughter really enjoys playing with the frying pan and pot (makes noises) and the silverware/plates. i would recommend buying plastic food since none of that comes with the product. my only complaints are that the faucet is loose and shaky, maybe so that it can be turned but it feels like she'll be able to pull it out soon. and one of the drawers isn't held in by anything so it slips too easily. other than that, my daughter loves it and tries to imitate me in the kitchen. i would recommend it since my daughter doesn't seem fazed by any of the small issues i just cited.

Thank you Step2 for the opportunity for my 3 year old. Lately she has been watching a little too much t.v. I saw the opportunity to apply to be a toy tester and was chosen. When we received the box my 3 year old was super excited. When my husband and I were putting it together she could not wait until it was assembled (she even helped). Now that its assembled she has non stop play. She loves making cakes and other goodies. I love the sound feature that come out of the microwave and stove. Thank You again Step2!

This is a very cute, realistic, durable and stylish kitchen that is well priced. It was easy to assemble with directions and parts listed clearly, and it looks great in our kitchen area too! My 2 and half year old daughter loves it. She especially likes the pasta boiler and the little stove noises it makes for frying and boiling. I wish there was a tad bit more counterspace.. she has to use the stove and sink to put things on at times. Just a quick tip for assembly - make sure the dishes can fit into the dishrack before you tighten the front pannel. I screwed it a bit too tight and the dishes wouldn't fit.. I then rescrewed to give more space.
