Pretty good

My kids and my daycare kids enjoy playing with it. It is an okay size, it is on the smaller side, but that is what I expected. I do like the red color a lot better than the green. However, "granite look"...yeah right. There is absolutely no counter space on it for kids to play/prep food on. It was a little bit of a pain to put together without an electric screwdriver handy. Why in the world were most of the holes not pre-drilled?? You should definitely use one. I was unable to push one of the screws all of the way in so the screw inside the plate section sticks out about an inch. Overall, I do like the final outcome of the product. It is light and easy to move from room to room, but it is also sturdy. I think now, looking back, that I probably should have went with the bigger one, but I was not willing to spend that much money on one.

Good Sturdy Product!

We bought this for my daughter who is nearly 1. She likes to pull herself up on this product and open all the cabinets. We wanted to but something she could use now and later as she gets older and this was perfect. The accessories are very nice, fairly easy to assemble and it's so sturdy she can pull herself up on it without it budging. : ) She LOVES it!

cute kitchen

I gave this kitchen to my daughter (20 months old) for Christmas. She loves it. It was really easy to put together. I put it together myself in less than an hour and a half. The only thing I didnt like is that it didnt come with any food.It would be nice if it came with food suitable for a two year old because I had to really search for food that was ok for her to have at this age. Since the kitchen is for age 2 and up,there needs to be safe food for that age too.Otherwise I was very pleased with the product.

My daughter loves it!

Got this for my daughter's christmas gift. She has been using it since then (about 6 months) and totally loves it. It is very sturdy and of great quality. The sounds are adorable too. It is perfect for my 2 yr old daughter. It was a little hard to put together because it has a million screws that go through the plastic, but other than that it is totally worth it. I totally recommend this product.

Fun kitchen

This Step2 Lifestyle Custom Kitchen took me a little over 30 minutes to put it together. It's best, and believe me, most helpful if you have an electric screw driver in order to make the put together process easier. There was a few holes that doesn't have a pre-drill hole, so this means you will have to look closely at the (black and white) picture in the manual book, and use your own perception as to where exactly you might need to put the screw. The end result after I complete putting it together, the kitchen doesn't seem to be very stable. It kind of rock a little diagonally; I tried testing to see it if it would fall forward, just in case, but it seems fine. I'm not sure if it was because I had it on carpet floor--I haven't try to put it on wood/hard floor yet. There are only two things that make sound on this kitchen, the phone and the non-sticker range. The sound on the range sounded so real that my kids actually thought was pretty awesome. The range makes a boiling sound and a frying sound depending whether the pan or pot is place on the range. My toddler son tries to push the faucet to see if water will come out like our house sink faucet--he gave me the "where's the water" question look on his face. I had to explain to him why. It'd be nicer if the faucet have some sound too. This kitchen need two AA battery for the range, and two AAA battery for the phone. All in all, I think this kitchen is a great deal for this price. I'd prefer a bigger kitchen for 2 or more preschooler over this one.

Great kitchen, easy assembly!

After reading some reviews and looking at lots of play kitchens, I am so glad we went with this one. It was very easy for "Santa" to put together by himself and between the actual assembly and me putting all the stickers on it took maybe an hour. My daughter is almost 18 months old and it's a little tall for her right now, but she will grow into it and have even more fun. She loves the frying & boiling sounds (and they mercifully shut off after a few seconds). Don't forget the batteries and to buy food to go with it! Great product.

Perfect kitchen at a perfect price

We were looking for a kitchen for our three kids including an 18month old, 3year old, and 8 year old. We wanted something that was a nice addition to the their play area but not anything that would scream look at this obnoxiously large plastic kitchen. It is not too large but not small either, a very pleasant neutral color, just enough electronic aspects without being overwhelming (one stove coil makes the cooking noises and the phone makes noises as well), and the most important part is the fun. It came with the 101 play food bundled in which was perfect. The food has it all from various fruits and veggies, pie/pizza, various breads, cookies, tacos/wraps, chicken, icecream cones, burger components, and even a steak. After all the shopping for kitchens I am very satisfied with the purchase and the price of the kitchen with all the food under $100 was unbeatable!!!

Great Birthday gift!

I bought this for my granddaughter for her birthday and I am very pleased with this purchase. It takes a little time to put together, but the instructions were pretty clear. Emily really liked this custom kitchen especially the cell phone and the burner that sounds like boiling water when you place the pan on it.

This is a great kitchen!

My husband and I had no trouble putting this kitchen together. Our 22 month old was drawn to the kitchen as soon as she saw it on Christmas morning and has continued to play with it every day. It is smaller than others on the market but is nicer in quality and in the layout of where everything is located. The storage in this kitchen is perfect for the food she received for it. I anticipate that she will be able to use it for many more years to come.
