I bought the kitchen set as a christmas gift for my 2 and 3 year old daughters. They love it and haven't stop playing with it since. It was easy to assembly too. It's just the right size for my girls. The eye of the stove lights up and makes a sizzling and boiling sound. So they really think their cooking too.

great toy

we bought this for our son for xmas. he had asked for a kitchen and it was hard to find one that wasn't too "girly." it is large enough that my 4 yr old doesn't dwarf it and heavy enough that it can stand on it's own with out worry that it will tip over. the only thing that could make it better is if it had more storage space. it does have quite a bit for its size, however.

Great Little Kitchen

We bought this for our 2yr. old. She loves it and it fits her perfectly. It was easy to put together and took me (the Mom) an hour and a half by myself. We've only had it a week now but it appears to be sturdy and we hope it will last through a couple kids.

Hours of fun!

I bought this for my daughter who is almost 2 and she loves it. She loves "cooking" like mom. Her favorite part of the kitchen right now is the phone, she talks on it for hours. I found this product extremely easy to assemble and was happy to know that it was made in the U.S.A. I've always been happy with the step2 products.

My daughter loves her new kitchen!!

I was so excited to get this kitchen for our 19 month old daughter for Christmas. I researched the most expensive to the least expensive and found this to be the best buy. I had it shipped to the Walmart store closest to our home, it arrived in about a week, and my husband had no problem when he went to pick it up. It was easy to put together with easy to follow instructions. I did it with a screw driver but probably would have been done faster with an electric screw driver. It has bright and realistic stickers and just enough accessories (17) for her to play with that don't get lost and misplaced all over her playroom and in the house. She loves they way the burner sizzles and bubbles and the sounds that the phone makes. She has played with it everyday since she got it on Christmas. Would definitely recommend this kitchen to others wanting to give their child some quality pretend play at a reasonable price!!

Awesome Product....Highly recommend

This is a wonderful product. It was purchased for my 4 year old daughter and my 1 year old. They love it. Things open and close easily. Love the pots and pans that light up on the burner. Very easy to put together and it has some weight to it so it will not easily tip over. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants a great value for a wonderful kitchen that will last!

Great Starter Kitchen

I purchased this for my 20-month old granddaughter for Christmas. It's just her height and is small enough to not overwhelm. It will also fit nicely in her mom's kitchen. It doesn't have room for the 101 pieces of food set I purchased separately, but it does have two small drawers and a 'basket'. I also like the 'frying' and 'boiling' sounds the burner makes. I would definitely recommend this as a first time kitchen for a younger child.

Quality not great for the money!

Kitchen is cute and so far my daughter has really enjoyed playing with it. But I'm not sure I would recommend it. The quality is not great. The plastic came very warped. The counter is crooked (because of the plastic being warped), the top piece is indented (and scratched) and the fridge door is slightly warped as well. The only electronic features are the phone and the burner. I wish the faucet, the ice maker, the microwave and/or the stove made some type of noise. Again, my 17 month old likes it so far, but I wonder how soon before she is bored with it.

The Perfect Hostess

My 3 year old grand-daughter LOVES this little kitchen. It fits perfectly in her bedroom and fuels the virgin soil of her innocent young mind. It's awesome to be the recipient of her 'lavish meal preparation' and to watch her mimic a role she obviously loves. She IS the perfect hostess with, in her mind, the perfect kitchen.

Step2 Kitchen

I love this kitchen. It took my husband and me only about 30 minutes to put it together and the most time consuming part was putting on the stickers! We have had the kitchen now for a year and there isn't a day that goes by that my daughter doesn't play with it. She was 2 and now almost 3 years old. She got extra food and pots as a separate gift from other family members and now she loves to pretend she is cooking. I only gave this product 4 stars on value because I'm cheap and I would have liked to pay less but I would pay for this kitchen again. Buy it!
