Had to return another brand, so glad we did because this shark engineered to really clean all different floors and buttons and etc all well positioned. Shark Apex, don't save get the Apex

Even though I have only used my Shark a few times it works just as described. Great quality and this is my second Shark. My grandson is still using the first one we bought 7 years ago and it is going strong.

The vacuum was quiet and cleaned well but on the 3 day to soft roller started making the very loud squealing. I am returning to the store. I hope they have something with out the soft roller that I can exchange it for.

someone is lying i bought this in 2/2019 and this thing is crap. the sucking pressure is weak, im just so upset i spent all this money and it's not picking anything up.

I have never been happier w/a vacuum in my life, this Shark is amazing and does everything it claims. I used to have to Swiffer before I vacuumed but not anymore. So far it is by far the best most amazing vacuum I have ever owned.

In love with my shark APEX vacuum cleaner. The suction is fantastic, I don't need to sweep anymore. The hose is short but enough to fulfill the housework.

This vacuum works great on carpet and vinyl. It is heavier than the other duo clean models so that is something to consider. I have been using it for 2 months.

This is probably one of the best vacuums I've ever had. It is very versatile, easy to assemble and makes me not dread vacuuming. I've purchased one for my home and 2 to clean a business.

Why would your product specifically designed for pet hair not have the continuous cleaning head? Works great, but you have to clean the head with every use.

This machine is incredible.. I've had a kirby.. Just replace my Dyson with the Shark Apex.. There is no comparison.. Hands down the best vacuum I've had..
