The vesatility of this sweeper is amazing! With the detachable canister it cleans everything high and low. Does a fantastic job on all floor types. Very easy to use! This thing will suck up anything on a floor! Fantastic for pet hair. This vacuum is impressive!!!!! May be just a tad heavy for some but other than that I don't know how they can make it any better.

Exceptional in every way I needed. Cleaned up my dog and cat hair well without difficulty. Maneuvering under furniture was easy. I have mostly wood floors and it cleaned and “polished” off the dirt and dust better than any other vacuum I've owned, and believe me, I've had plenty. The dust under the bed was gone. I like the easily removable top to clean the brush. Also I like the convenience of the pet brush stored on the vacuum that I otherwise might not have used because it's another step to retrieve it, which works wonderfully on furniture. Suction is awesome. It is a little heavy. I'm 60+ but I didn't have a big problem with this. I also have a true pet shark vacuum that I absolutely love but this one is better on wood floors. Highly recommend

I LOVE my new vacuum. Seriously love it. We have a dog that should be bald because he sheds so much, but this vacuum gets everything up. It goes seamlessly from hard wood to carpet. I love the lift away feature ( that was on my first Shark but not my last Rotator). You will not be disappointed.

After hours of researching vacuums and reading reviews, I bought the Shark Apex. I'm so happy with the features and performance of it. I have more hardwood floors than carpet so the floor vacuum is wonderful. I don't think my floors have ever been this clean. I would highly recommend this vacuum cleaner.

I recently purchased the apex stick version of this vaccum to replace my older Shark, and I couldn't be happier. With my older Shark there was a MAJOR design flaw in that I couldn't remove the brush head to clean hair etc. This newer apex version actually has a new technology that helps remove the hair. I was EXTREMELY skeptical at first as I shed a lot. But it really does work and I cam remove the brush roll! Although I have not yet had to do that. Cleaning is WAY easier and more convenient too because it has a bare floor option which works awesome. Couldn't be happier! The only con that I have to mention would be that the stick version can't stand upright.

Shark APEX DuoClean Powered Lift-Away Vacuum The best vacuum the pawrents ever had! After trying so many, this was perfection. Vacuums every single hair from our rugs and I do shed like a gorilla. This machine just suctions everything. Also has a bunch of attachments and brushes to use on our wood floors and for under the fridge. Absolutely love this machine keeps our home spotless.

I bought it about two years ago and used it about four times for about a total of less than an hour of use. The first time I used the wand it didn't work. Because we are a military family and moved around a lot I didn't try to call immediately being that I had a “5-year warranty”. When I called I had to pay for a replacement part. A warranty is a warranty. Never again will I buy a Shark product.

We got this because our Shark was not suctioning. When I called they replaced it with this newer, fancier model. I like a company that is reliable and cares. The vaccum is so cool. It works well at keeping both hardwood and rugs clean. I have cats and we need a great vaccum

I finally got it out of the box and set it up and it doesnt power on!!!!!!! Its completely dead! Im returning this! What a waste of time!
