For under $100, you can't beat this sound bar. I tried the RCA which was very weak, then a Sony with subwoofer and it wasn't very good either. I am very happy with this one. At full volume, it is very loud and clear. I plan to add a subwoofer to it in the near future to complete the sound experience.

This has to be the best ever Sound Bar value. Simple installation and immediately we had excellent sound. We installed the first Sound Bar on the Master Bedroom flat screen. It gave the best, high level sound, we mmediately ordered a second sound bar for the great room flat screen. The 38" Vizio Sound Bar has to a best ever value. Purchased for my mother. Seems to be well build and we like the sound quality. Trouble is that on level 4 and by level 5 it plays way to loud. Not much range of volume levels. Recommend auditioning in store check to see if you can return after trying at home. I think this unit is going back.

I originally purchased VIZIO 29" 2ch Sound Bar (SB2920-C6) priced at $78.00 but took it back (unopened) when I saw this one on sale for $78.00 same price! First time sound bar user. Got it to replace Network Blu-ray Disc & Trade; Home Theater System with Wireless Connectivity LHB326 Discontinued Product wanted to get rid of wires from speakers. Good sound (no subwoofer) would have bought it with one had I known better. I would recommend. I am no "techie" but easy install, still learning other features.

I was pleasantly surprised just how crisp the sound is from this awesome sound bar. I got it in a bundle when I purchased a new 60 inch Vizio LED TV. I plugged it in, and was quickly impressed. It gets very loud and you can hear even the most minor of sound effects, ones normal TV speakers just can't reproduce.

I originally gave myself a Phillips soundbar for Christmas and needed help connecting it. Had to buy additional fiber optic cable and batteries. After many attempts to fix the audio dropout and keep it from shutting itself off, I packed it up and shipped it back. I ordered the Vizio model online for store pickup and got it the next morning. Nothing extra to purchase and it sounds incredible! An A+ product.

Bought this sound bar to mate up to my Vizio E480i-b2 TV I recently purchased from Walmart. Wasn't sure what to expect, but must say I am pleasantly surprised. I find the sound to be rich and deep way better than the TV's internal speakers. Not that they are that bad but they just aren't great. I don't expect the performance of a more expensive sound bar, just good reliable quality, which it has delivered to this point.

I thought a sound bar would help with bringing voices forward and music back. Have trouble with hearing some of the voices when there is a lot of music in the background. I had been told that a sound bar would eliminate that problem. This soundbar didn't, don't know if it would be different with another brand.

This soundbar had an amazing sound for being just a bar and no sub. Can't beat this deal for a TV in a bedroom. Also gread clarity and simple to connect. Iwoulc recommend. Only thing that bothered me was no screeneed to change settings. Other then that this was a great buy.

Good: Automatically worked with my LG TV remote! has Dolby Digital so over the air broadcast works. Looks good. Sound level gets really loud. easy to set up. Bad: cloth covered speakers so when handling you feel like you might rip it. Sometimes the power button on the remote doesn't work. sometimes the power button on the TV remote doesn't turn on the bar. This sound bar is great! Dolby Digital so you get great sound for BD and DVD and TV. Volume goes really high so I feel great keeping it low. The bad mentioned above is only an annoyance and would not stop me from recommending this sound bar.
