At first I was unimpressed until I changed my TV from "user" to "dynamic" in the audio control of the TV. I did have out TV hooked up to a Pioneer stereo and custom set the audio controls for that application so lessen the over powering bass. So when I hooked up the soundbar it was very tinny. But once I changed the setting I was very impressed!! I cannot believe the sound that can come from two relatively small speakers but it comes out big. And the Bluetooth works great to stream music from out phones to the soundbar. I think it is well worth the price in my opinion.

IT WORKS FINE NOW , THAT I HAD TO GO OUT AND BUY ANOTHER PEICE FOR IT TO WORK, IT DOESN'T COME WITH THE OPTICAL PLUG THAT IT NEEDS TO MAKE IT WORK, I HAD TO GO ON U-TUBE TO FIGURE OUT HOW IT IT WORKED UNLEWSS YOU BUY THAT EXTRA PLUG IT WILL NOT WORK.. BUT SINCE I BOUGHT THE OPTICAL PLUG IT WORKS FINE...

Easy to connect; space for it may cause a problem. I had to raise the TV a few inches to get the soundbar underneath. I have a VIZIO TV, and the remote sensor is inconveniently placed at the lower left hand corner of the screen, which is often blocked. The soundbar has a deeper, richer tone than the TV. A leading consumer magazine rated this soundbar in the upper middle of it's ratings, but the top rated soundbars were hundreds of dollars more. To be worth hundreds of dollars more, the sound would have to be unbelievably leagues above this one. I sincerely doubt that they would be worth the money. The louder you turn this one up, the more discernible the difference in sound from the TV speaker. You must allow WalMart several more days than expected to get this to you. They are not Amazon.

Sound bar is great but if I knew that it would sound amazing with the subwoofer I would have bought the 2.1 Vizio with the subwoofer. Vizio could have made it easier if you could have purchased the subwoofer separate but I had to go with another brand because the Vizio subwoofer can not be bought.

I bought this sound bar to improve the terrible sound quality of a recently purchased TV with rear mounted speakers that we put in an enclosed cabinet. The audio quality has improved exponentially with this sound bar. Very satisfied with the sound produced by this unit. This sound bar is intended to be wall mounted, but I have it sitting on top of the TV cabinet and it works beautifully. Easy to hook up, easy to use. No HDMI connections, but several other input options available with this well priced unit. Most, but not all cables come with the unit (no digital audio coaxial cable included).

As noted in other reviews, this sound bar improves the listening experience. This model includes an enhanced bass range. I had to play with the factory default settings to improve standard program sound (news, sports). I reduced the bass and increased the treble. Your preferences can be easily adjusted (bass, treble, simulated surround, standard stereo) using the included remote. I have a Vizio TV and the TV control also operated the sound bar. The bar is very easy to set up, just insert: Power cord, audio cable (these cables are included: digital optical and analog/RCA jacks). Turn off the TV's speaker sound source and the bar auto detects the sound source. The bar automatically turns on when the TV is turned on. LED indicator lights on front left end are easy to understand. LEDS indicates: Volume, stereo/surround sound, bass and treble during adjustment action. Highly recommend this sound bar.

We purchased the sound bar to go with our Vizio 55 inch TV. It was not too bad to set up after you studied the instructions for a while!! The sound is good and you can program it to be adjusted by the TV remote. A good buy for the money and makes the TV a sound theatre.

I recently purchased a new 60" TV, speakers are in the back. Sounded lousy. Most of the reviews for this sound bar, all said good with small TV, some even said not good at all. The larger sound bars are too expensive for me, (I am broke from the 60" TV) so Purchased this smaller one. I figured what do I have to lose, Wal-Mary has the best return policy of them all. Well I get it home, Set up take's maybe two minutes, my tv remote worked instantly on the sound bar. My living room is fairly large, yet this sound bar had NO problems filling the room with perfect sound. It helps balance out those movies where the sound effects are one volume, and the dialog is another volume. OK I will land the plan, overall great speakers, great price--buy them what have you got to lose, you don't like them just return within 90 days...

Bought this VIZIO sound bar for my son's TV and could not be happier. It might not be the BOSE sound bar, but I'm very happy we didn't have to pay thousands of dollars for a great looking sound bar with very good sound! My son set it up, so I can only say it took him -approximately- 30 minutes…without reading the instructions, that is. I would -most definitely- not only recommend it to family and friends, but I'm considering purchasing a second one.

Decent sound for the price. This is for a secondary TV and not home theater. It projects sound better than the TV speakers and has some better range. I like the LED stack that shows volume and source. Bluetooth is a bonus. The bar operates on the DirecTV remote and the remote that comes with the TV and turns on automatically when it detects the TV power. I have it sitting in front of a Vizio TV. The height of the sound bar and the TV result in the bar blocking the TV remote eye so one cannot power the set on and off without standing on top of it. A bit of a concern considering both are Vizio and should have some sort of design match.
