I purchased this Electric Range on 1/29/22. It was delivered and installed on 2.3/22. I have a receipt for the purchase. A couple of days ago, the left multi-size burner would not light. My local Samsung authorized service person. The result is that the control board behind the knobs is causing the problem. It needs to be replaced. The cost is $423 + sales tax which is more that half of what I paid for the Range. I did not expect the range to fail after only 15 1/2 months. Over the years I've had many Samsung products and were pleased with all of them. But I am not pleased with this one.

I would prefer a gas stove but I have had electric stoves before. Every type of pot moves too easily on the stove top and you need 2 hands to handle everything, it is not easy to cook on or clean and the oven doesn't regulate the temperature-everything takes longer to cook than it should. If I could change this stove and get a different type I would. Very unhappy with this product.

Ran a 2-hour self-clean to remove burnt oil splatter inside the oven, and it looks brand new again. The burners heat quickly and cook evenly; they cook really well even at the lower heat settings. The Keep Warm oven setting & Warming burner features are handy for making Brunch - looking forward to using them for preparing holiday meals. The Smart Things app pushes phone notifications on oven status. Sending programmed cycles from the app to the oven can be done (ex. Bake for 30 min at 350F) but the timer begins right away - there isn't an option to preheat before starting the timer... yet. Hoping to see some app feature updates if that's even possible. A great thing about the oven being connected to WiFi though is never having to manually set the clock! Overall, its beautiful design and strong performance make this range a great value.

push button key pad is junk, you have to keep pushing the symbol to make it work and no i don't want to use my phone to run my stove. glass top scratches very very easily and shows every fingerprint. my old glass top had a textured surface which is a lot better for scratches and prints. i am sorry i purchased this range.

I love the size of the interior of the range. It is great for all types of celebrations.
