Of course, later in the evening I found a Knick on it. Super bummed about this. Its in front too so that is all I see. On another note, it is a cool range. It works well, is a great look and sleek design. I appreciate my opportunity, just wish I could have been able to catch this flaw right away. Other than that, I can still use it and I enjoy the rapid boil feature. The self cleaning oven options is great too. I have used it once already and it was awesome. I also used the app, it would be much better if you could turn the range on from your app. I included a photo of the damage.

I also like that I can connect it to the smartthings app and receive notifications at work when my kids use the oven during summer break. 10 out of 10 recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a definite evolution over our old stove, even discounting the fact that only 3 burners were working when we got this one. Now we have 5 burners that all work flawlessly (and 2 are dual ring). Being able to preheat it from my phone, in another part of the house or when I'm down in the garage is a time saver and being able to see how close the oven is to target temp is something that should have ALWAYS been a standard feature. I like being able to select the EXACT temperature (not guessing on a dial). It's a very large oven at 6.3 cubic feet, more than enough for everything we've thrown at it so far. The Rapid Boil feature is great when we're in a hurry and cooking pasta for dinner. The cooktop cleans up extremely easily. Everything we've tried out so far is great. We haven't had a need to try out the self cleaning feature yet, but steam clean sounds promising. This is a sleek upgrade that we enjoy on a daily basis.

I purchased this oven in July of 2023 and have been using it for eight months. The stove top works great, but the oven is the worst! I've never owned an oven that was so inconsistent in temperatures. When baking anything the first batch turns out good but the second batch always takes longer and cooks unevenly, and it doesn't matter how much time I leave between batches. I wish I had never purchased this electric range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range was way easy to install, just plug it in and a few turns on the feet to get it up to counter height and level. It has a great rapid boil feature so water boils faster than on my old range. We eat a lot of pasta do meal prep time being cut down is great. The oven works amazing, although it warms at about a stss add beard pace it seems to cook food better and more evenly than my last oven. I enjoy cooking on my range and it's very spacious inside and out. Range can be hooked to a smart device as well for programming. It looks great and helps brighten our kitchen along with our other great Samsung products we got through the insiders. The oven light is a perfect bright and the tones for timers are more pleasant than usual stoves. Stove top clean up has been a breeze for me (messy cooker) so that's a bonus.

It heats up water very quickly which makes is much great when you need to warm something up in a short amount of time. I also love the different levels of the cooktop ..you can heat up just the center or the whole plate. The food cooks great inside as well and with the self cleaning that will come in handy during the holidays. It is also easy to clean and with the fingerprint resistant you can wipe and go and it looks great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] brought this range too replace my range. so far is is working great. i like the glass top, but it is harder too keep clean. the oven is great, a little larger than my old one which is great. one thing could be better the control panel is hard to see the labels on the the touch screen and you have to push harder to select.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from an old coil stove. Having a glass top is very nice. Top is easy to clean. Mush easier cooking than with a coil top. Burners cook evenly. Stove itself is an attractive design. So far, it works as it should. Steam clean feature seems to function, but never actually cleans inside. Vent for heat from oven is located right behind the handle, so be careful opening the door. Bottom drawer is too small and flimsy. Nothing can really be stored inside. Burner and hot surface indicators are identical. Would prefer they were different. I also feel the hot surface indicator needs to stay on longer than it does.
