I love Samsung. I have dishwasher, 5 door smart fridge, mounted microwave, washer and dryer. I had kept my Jenn Aire stove$ Two months ago I finally gave in and got my smart Samsung stove. Couple of days ago as I was cleaning up after dinner, warmer burner was still on.... I saw sparks and smelt burning. I hit breaker to kill power. The plastic of the terminal wire connection bracket had melted on the red wire connection. I pray this is a quick fix. The nut on this wire was not the correct nut. Is it possible that this is what caused the problem?

From oven heating to boiling water, everything is done quickly. The bonus of having it "smart" comes in handy more than I thought it would. While there are some features I have yet to use, such as the self clean, I can say I would highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with my new Samsung gas range! I have had it for a few months now and have really gotten a chance to try out all of the features. My last oven had given out and I didn't realize just how bad it was until I got to try this new Samsung gas oven. My baked goods are now evenly cooked, my food cooks faster and is crisper on the outside, and overall my oven-cooked foods are turning out better. The stovetop is nice as well and ignites easily. Water boils quickly thanks to the front right dual power burner. One of my favorite features is the nonstick griddle on the stovetop. I am constantly making my kids grilled ham and cheese sandwiches and the griddle makes it so easy to quickly cook multiple sandwiches at once and cleanup is a breeze as well. We have a large family and I am constantly cooking large dishes. Recently I successfully cooked two large lasagna dishes and a pan of brownies all at the same time. Impressive! Overall, I am very satisfied and look forward to using my new range every day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my oven a few months ago and I love most parts of it! A couple of things that drive me crazy are the beeps when the oven gets preheated. It is 3 incredibly longs beeps and there is no way to change the sound or the length only to shut it off completely which I do not want. I know this seems small but it is sooo irritating. It seems like with such a “smart” oven this would be something easily customizable. Otherwise the cook is beautiful and even and I love the way it looks in my home.

It's pretty and has the griddle thing in the middle, which I haven't really figured out what to use for just yet, but nice to have. I do love the power burner, it has two rings of fire and literally can get water boiling in a minute! I have used the oven a few times and cooks evenly. I didn't think I'd use the wifi function, but I find it kindof neat to control the light from my phone, and get the notifications when it's preheated. I haven't figured out how to sync the timer with my phone yet, but I haven't really read much about the app functions yet. Overall I am happy with this purchase. I also bought the matching fridge and dishwasher. I love everything so far!

We love the 6.0 cu ft to have multiple things cooking/baking. The 18k BTU dual rings boil water instantly. We love the integrated griddle to cool additional items. The storage drawer gives us extra space to store pans or cookie sheets. I really like the design which is futuristic. All in all I am extremely happy with my purchase. The slim control panel is easy to read and use, and the knobs are very comfortable to grip. 2. WiFi feature is easy to use from any mobile device. 3. The Stovetop. Cooking area is roomy and allows multiple size pots and pans. The dual ring burner is great for fast boiling.
