[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the range but not the issues getting it hooked up. I paid for installation when I purchased the range and after Samsung sent people out twice, I ended up having to pay a plumber myself to get it hooked up correctly so the range would fit back against the wall. I also had to have Samsung send someone out to fix the oven light issue before it was a month old. The range itself it nice and much better than my old GE range.

Things I like: All 4 burners on the stove have different outputs and sizes and are useful in different situations. The smart app lets me get a notification on my phone when preheating or cooking is done even when I'm busy in my home office. Things I don't like: The center flat top isn't very useful because it is too small for any normal griddle cooking. The burners are poorly located so that my pots and pans can't be centered on the burner if their are any other burners being used. I wish the burners were better spaced towards the sides of the stove so that the flame felt more centered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been cooking and baking with this range now for three months and I love it! I had been cooking on an induction cooktop for the past six years and loved it. But when I moved from my total electric house in the country to my new home in the city there was no 220 volt plug in the kitchen. So I had to switch to gas. I liked the idea of having a 5-burner stove with the griddle in the cente. I've discovered it's great for hash browns and other, relatively “solid,” items, but not quite wide enough for multiple eggs, pancakes, or more “liquid” items. And there's not enough drainage to fry bacon without a mess. But it's great for those items that fit it well and I use it a lot. The burners light effortlessly every time, and the oven controls are a breeze once you become familiar with their functions. I have adjusted well from induction cooking back to gas. I love this range! If I have any complaint, it would be the size of the storage drawer at the bottom. It's plenty wide and deep, but at only 3” tall, it isn't quite tall enough to get many baking pans in. That could be an issue if, like me, you find your house doesn't have as much cabinet space as you thought when you bought it. But in all, I am very pleased with this range and would buy it again.

the shortcoming in this oven is the broiler. it apparently doesn't put out enough heat to broil anything very quickly. we're used to broiling steaks in 5-6 minutes. this broiler takes 10+ minutes to do the same amount of broiling. baking and cooking work well and timer, self cleaning and other features are nice to have.

We had a brand new GE which didn't work out of the box and warranty took over two months to finally say we get a refund. Used the $$ to purchase this one.

It's not super fantastic but it is sooo much better than the ugly “stainless steel” whirlpool they tried to stock us with. Some things I don't like about this model, the middle griddle can't be changed out for a grate. The wifi capablty doesn't really do anything. Other than that, I like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from a cheap Fridgidaire oven to this and you can definitely feel the difference. This oven preheats so fast which probably saves gas. The wifi is a nice touch although it's not a make or break feature. There is a storage on the bottom of the oven that seems small but can fit a surprising amount of items. In addition, the dark glass and stainless steel makes the kitchen a nice modern look. Truly a great range and not super expensive.

When I built my house, a gas line was place just in case I needed a gas stove later in the future. When I got the Samsung Gas Stove, I was really excited. The installation was pretty smooth and the Samsung Gas stove looked very nice in my kitchen. This was jus the beginning. Once I started cooking with it, it was a total game changer. The food is cooking much faster, well. I no longer have to wait several minutes for my pot to get hot before I can start cooking. One thing, I didn't know and once I installed my Samsung Gas Stove, my home automation system automatically detected the stove and I was able to pair it with Samsung Smartthing. Now I'm able to turn on and off my oven and the good thing is that I also get recipe suggestions from the Smartthing app. To recap, my favorite part of this stove and to be able to get push notifications on my phone when the a notification when preheating is completed. The non-stick coating on the griddle is so easy to use and cleaning and even much easier. I have been trying different type of dishes, and I love it. My cooking skills went up. This samsung gas stove is what I need. I absolutely have nothing but good things to say about it. I keep up with the cleaning, so I can have it last for several years.
