The playset is great! Very sturdy, our grandchildren love it. Assembly was not as bad as I imagined. We worked on it 5 or 6 days for 1 - 4 hours each day. It probably took us a little longer than stated on the box. Several reviews mentioned having 2 sets of directions. We had a set for the entire playset and then "easier" instructions for the tube slide. I highly recommend opening all the boxes and laying everything out. Use a table or one of the boxes to lay all the hardware on. Instructions were pretty straightforward, but the tube slide was still very difficult. To make it easier to get the two pieces of each section together have one person hold the 2 pieces together off of the ground. That way they don't move from the pressure when you are trying to put them together. The piece of the slide that touches the ground has two bolts that go in an area that is too small to get your fingers into. My husband ended up putting the bolt on the end of a screwdriver with double sided tape to hold it in place while he tightened the bolt.

We LOVE this swing set!!!! We have a two year old toddler, and she spends so much time on this swing set!! The whole family loves it! The swing set has supported me, Mimi, and even Papa! It took 3 men a full day to put together, which was expected. The only reason I gave it a 4 star review was that I did expect/wish the wood was a bit thicker to withstand time. It seems kind of thin. Overall, this swing set is amazing and I am excited to watch my girl grow up playing with her friends for years to come! Glad we made the decision to purchase!

Swingset looks great. was a lot to set up, but we did it! Delivery did not go as planned, there was a box that was opened/damaged and we needed to go buy parts and can't get reimbursed for them. Didn't want to wait for them.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! This is literally the worst purchase of my life! It was terrible since the beginning. It arrived with broken parts, took a VERY long time to built and after 4 years the wood is in TERRIBLE condition.

I bought this in Aug. 2018 when it was about 1/3 of today's price. It was a good deal at $1K and has held up decently. The slides have started developing cracks by where the screws attach them to the wood and the tobe slide has had some of the bolts rust and one of the connecting clamps break. We are in the Mid-Atlantic area and use it daily with some friends from the neighborhood. Wood has held up pretty well with yearly TWP clear stain being put on. I don't think it holds up well enough to spend $2K on, you could buy the slides separately and build something really study for that amount.

It took one weekend to build.Delivery was great and the pieces were well labeled and constructed.Grand daughter lights up every time she sees the playset.I just wish the directions for the kit I purchased were in the main box and not an accessory box.Started out using wrong manual.Neighbor kids love it.

You better hope you open the right box that has directions for this specific set. There are directions for several different models in different boxes. What a disaster. Nothing tells you to open a certain box or order. Spent over 6 hours assembling and had to take it all apart when we opened box with correct instructions. Maybe they can write on box, “Open this one FIRST!” Would have saved me a lot of time! Swing set seems decent, instructions and box numbering are terrible. One positive is that we bought it when it was $800 off. You will need construction experience to out it together.

For this price point I could not recommend the Falcon Ridge Swing Set by KidsKraft or anything by this brand per the quality of items we were shipped. Please see pictures showing some of the issues. For the retail price (over $2000) We expected a good quality product that would last for many, many years and that is not what we seem to have gotten. The wood is a somewhat flimsy and peeling or splintered in many pieces we received --not what you would have expected and you cannot sand it because several of the spots / areas are so big or in locations it would further damage the integrity of the poor quality set. If we would have been able to see this set, in the condition the pieces were mailed to us, there is no way it would have been worth more than $1250. We put it together over a few weekends due to being busy with work / life, but it was not what we thought we would be getting for this big birthday / early Christmas present for the littles. I mean they couldn't even take the time to put the sticker on the clock correctly -- the sticker comes already affixed to the green plastic we cannot fix this -- like someone saw how crooked it was and it still got passed someone for it to be packed for a customer -- that's sad. Also, the holes were not fully drilled in the green tube slide so you have to punch pieces out to put it together. Furthermore the holes were even in some pieces drilled off center making it even harder to put together :/ I wish we could return this set and I HATE that we wasted so much time putting something together that will need to be replaced in a few years -- don't waste your time or money (unless you find it for $1000 & go in knowing it will only last a few years)

It takes awhile to put together but so worth it.
