Shipping fast and easy good communication setting up times even though didn't make the first truck. Fairly easy to put together besides the getting started but if you can pay close attention to the directions should be fine we put together in 13 hours. There will be extra pieces and screws when finished. Came with multiple direction for multiple different configurations of playset, had to download original directions offline and print. Overall very happy with how it turned out!

Sturdy and looks great. I received it and two days later received Sams Aug 7-11 ad. Almost $1000.00 less than what I paid.

My children love it! We did replace one of the swings with a baby swing, but other than that it's awesome!

It took us several hours to put it together. Parts were not as well organized as they could have been. But it was so well worth it when the Great Grand babies saw it and played in it all day.

My 70 yr old dad and I put this together in 100 degree weather only took about 34 hours. Be careful there are different instruction books in the add on boxes.

Looking into purchasing a play set for my great-grandchild, we wanted it to be enjoyed for many years. The construction of the play set is wonderful, she will have many years of exciting play time.

We bought this swing set just a couple of weeks ago. It took a couple evening after work to put it together but it was well worth the effort. My kids 5 and 4 love it!

The playset is great! Very sturdy, our grandchildren love it. Assembly was not as bad as I imagined. We worked on it 5 or 6 days for 1 - 4 hours each day. It probably took us a little longer than stated on the box. Several reviews mentioned having 2 sets of directions. We had a set for the entire playset and then "easier" instructions for the tube slide. I highly recommend opening all the boxes and laying everything out. Use a table or one of the boxes to lay all the hardware on. Instructions were pretty straightforward, but the tube slide was still very difficult. To make it easier to get the two pieces of each section together have one person hold the 2 pieces together off of the ground. That way they don't move from the pressure when you are trying to put them together. The piece of the slide that touches the ground has two bolts that go in an area that is too small to get your fingers into. My husband ended up putting the bolt on the end of a screwdriver with double sided tape to hold it in place while he tightened the bolt.

We LOVE this swing set!!!! We have a two year old toddler, and she spends so much time on this swing set!! The whole family loves it! The swing set has supported me, Mimi, and even Papa! It took 3 men a full day to put together, which was expected. The only reason I gave it a 4 star review was that I did expect/wish the wood was a bit thicker to withstand time. It seems kind of thin. Overall, this swing set is amazing and I am excited to watch my girl grow up playing with her friends for years to come! Glad we made the decision to purchase!

Very well made swing set. The wood playhouse and swing went together well. The roof was a bit of a struggle but not too bad. The tube slide was a nightmare putting it together. It took about 1/3 of the total time. The kids are thrilled with the result - the most important part!
