[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as a second TV for the bedroom. Love all of the features: Picture is great, adding apps and options is easy and smooth, especially Disney+ and Netflix. The sound is superior, but a sounder (from Samsung) would make this thing nuclear!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a gamer or a moviephile, so I don't need the higher levels of quality out there like the Q70 and Q80 which definitely perform better. Just wanted something big to watch occasional movies. Picture is great and lighting and colors are right on. The sound is loud and clear too, I don't need a sound bar. The physical screen itself is plasticky and has a slight loose wobble when tapped, but maybe that's how these newer flat screens are built to save on weight. My last Samsung flatscreen had a solid glass screen but it also weighed more. Love it, would buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally purchased a "regular" HD TV, but I upgraded to the QLED model. I am very happy that I did. The picture is very sharp and bright, and the 50 inch size seems just right for the room I placed it in. The smart features and apps were easy to set and and once I got used to the minimalistic remote, which resembles the remote for an Apple Firestick, navigating the menus and apps became second nature. The light weight made wall mounting easy, freeing up valuable floor space. This is the the fifth Samsung TV I have purchased for my home use and it was well worth price to upgrade to QLED.

Better than the other HD Samsung which had terrible sound issues. the sound quality on the original one we had was bad but this one is 100 times better than that old one. Perfect sound quality, the access to Netflix via a button on the remote. 10 out of 10!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the sound quality. It can get pretty loud with no distortions. The image quality is beautiful. Streaming movies is smooth and so is playing games (I have a Wii, Wii U, and Switch). Definitely would recommend. 4 stars because there is no built in Chromecast. They do have Samsung Smarthings that allows screen mirroring but it's not the same. I might as well just watch it on my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung screens are excellent, as always, and this one is no different. That's where the Samsung good experience ends. The display is cluttered with software that is painful to navigate. Worse, Bluetooth does not work. Tried every trick. Unplug, plug, restart, etc. No Bluetooth connectivity. Also, Bixby sucks. Siri and Google are better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV has great picture. Remote takes some getting used to. Firestick also has issues with starting on TV boot. Sometimes have to reboot the TV 3 times to get firestick to register. Overall happy with the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had Samsung tv's before, but this model knocks it out of the park. The color depth and brightness make gaming a lot more fun. The HD quality alone is worth buying this TV. Excellent sound and mood. Perfect for movie night or streaming. Easy accessibility and easy to understand guide. Would highly recommend to anyone.

samsung does not include the wall mount screws in the box, and the ones i had (from old tv- and fit every other tv i own), don't fit! unless you are buying a wall mount system with multiple sets of screws, make sure you plan on a trip to a hardware store! other than that, tv picture is great (although it seems slightly less bright at edges). app store, and menus are fairly easy to navigate. sound is ok, but there aren't adjustments for bass/treble, nor is there a “clear voice” mode. there aren't a lot of adjustments in general. i think most buyers would be just as happy with a cheaper model.
