Once, I tried another smart tv and I found out I need to return it and go back to Samsung again. The smart hub of Samsung is something else. I could easily find the applications I wanted in the store, the web browser is more stable and faster on Samsun TVs. The quality of video and sound, if not better, is comparable to Sony and LG. The remote controller is well-designed, and TV app (previously SmartView and now SmartThings) is user friendly and easy to use.

This product has excellent picture quality and sound. Adding a surround sound gives this product a 10 in all aspects of quality, picture, and sound.

This product is the best I've ever had and over the years I've had plenty. After seeing the crisp color, I recognized every feature about this product is amazing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Samsung TV died after about 15 years, which was impressive. I bought this new model and the sound is absolutely horrible. My old TV was far superior. I know there's several different sound options on this model, but they all sound bad. For an expensive TV, sound should be better. Now I'm stuck with the dilemma of do I keep the TV and spend even more money on a sound bar, or do I return the TV and buy something better. I had no idea this model was the “low end” model until after I bought it. The price was certainly not low end! The picture quality is fine. No complaints there. And the TV design itself is nice. I just wish it had a swivel base for those who don't want to mount it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV has great picture and sound. We use it predominantly as a smart tv with Hulu Netflix amazon and Disney+. The only negative is the remote. It is very small, using the directional and enter button is not easy for me. We have a 2018 Samsung also and while the remotes are almost identical (and work interchangeably) I have difficulty with only the 2020 model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so satisfied with this Q60T 58" SamsungTV. QLED picture Quilty is pretty nice and another level of brightness and clearness. The size is perfect for family room. 65" is big and 55" is small. The remote is the thing. It is very good design for using and simple. I would like to highly recommend this TV. I love this^^
