With a new bonus I bit the bullet and purchased this one and could not be happier. The UI, setup, picture quality and all around build of this unit is far superior to any TV I have previously owned. I know at the end of the day it's just about "what works", but if you can swing it, there is a difference in quality that makes using the TV a joy. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did extensive on line research through customer comments which were excellent but what was more encouraging was when folks had an issue and commented on how Samsung customer service was there to remedy the issue. Also did I store research of multiple brands in the size range and price range I could afford and all of the Samsung TVs stood out against the competition in terms of picture/sound quality at a price point I could afford. Needless to say this TV was our fifth Samsung TV ... each of my kids have one in their bedrooms and throughout our home. My only suggestion for improvement would be a remote with some glow on the buttons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent product , watching a movie it looks like it's "live" not recorded don't know if it's the pixels or the refresh rate but it's the best I've ever seen. Everything else is top drawer also, great sound for base TV sound, I've added a Samsung sound bar that I had bought for a previous TV (not a Samsung) and it's even better sound and it's a base level unit.

I didn't expect the 4K TV, but I was wrong with Samsung QLED 4K TV. The image quality is amazing and TV itself is easier to control by remote control. And I can easily watch Netflix and Amazon with one button of remote control, which I like so much. The bottom line of Samsung 4K QLED is amazing experience with affordable price. I love it and would recommend it. Good Job Samsung!!

I love the ambient feature and the seamless integration with Alexa. The remote is very modern and looks simple but has all the same features of bulky remotes. This TV is highly recommended. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using Samsung Smart things app to setup the TV is a breeze. Took all of 5 minutes. No endless scrolling with a remote! As for the screen, the picture is flawless. Navigating the menus is pretty simple although the selected app could be better defined. Have tondoba double take on accasion to see if the app I scrolled to is actually selected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the better 4K yvs I have seen. The brightness is decent, the HDR looks vibrant, and the 4K quality is nice. It is a breeze to use and set up as well. We've had it for about six months and have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Initially was concerned that the picture wasn't as nice as older TV and realized it was settings on my cable box. The picture is gorgeous. TV has lots of options for customize setting for picture as well. Setup was really easy with Smart Things app.

As a senior , my age being 74, I need a menu that clearly and simply instructs me. When I get lost in the abbess I can find my way back simply by hitting the home button. I must tell you I'm impressed with my small remote, that is so simple to understand, without all the extra buttons that really do nothing and just repeat other actions. I recommend this extraordinary to anyone who wants to stream whatever they want when ever they want . I will save so much money and we did not need to sign up for dish !
