[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] picture quality is great, 8/10. I needed to fine-tune the picture settings to work with different apps and inputs. The main Con with picture quality was the "soap opera" feel on Apps like Netflix. This was fixed by disabling some picture smoothing features. Inputs, 8/10. Lots of inputs works with my setup. Only Con is the placement and direction of the inputs. Some inputs face the back, and the rest face the outside. This was a problem when mounting the tv on the wall. Samsung interface takes some getting used, there is definitely a learning curve. Remote works great, only Con is that it doesn't control the power on my Yamaha soundbar (connected via optical out).

No additional speakers and I feel like I'm in the movie (keep in mind My room is normal size). The details are impeccable and the black really are black the screen sometimes seems like it's off but it's not at all. Definitely a grand buy. Worth every penny. Also a great tv for gaming the colors POP!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was not much better image resolution than my previous TV in terms of color, image details, shades, etc. I decided to change my due it was getting troubles to stay connected with my wi-fi, so I had to disconnect and reconnect it, several times a month and with this new Samsung TV, I am having the same issue: It does not keep the internet info, so we have to physically disconnect the TV from the electrical outlet, wait a few minutes, and connect it again.

This TV picture is lifelike and very high definition.With this QLED 82" TV, the black areas of the picture are true black and not gray like most other brands are. I have no regrets for choosing the Samsung QLED TV. I would recommend this TV.

It does most of the work for me, even switching to Game screen mode automatically when I turn on a console. And it's comparably lightweight, which made mounting easier. No complaints.

The build in apps are perfect for her. Also worth to mention are the excellent experience while playing games the colors and responsive time are just amazing. Great TV.

Never have I seen a brighter TV balance out every color against and the whites as pleasing and natural to the eyes. (NO 3D needed) that I thought I was missing something when I left the store. Will be back to review the first product I never owned.
