I love the Alexa features along with the clear display and sound. It's been a great addition to the family and we are excited to continue to use Samsung products in our home.

Bright with great reflection handling, I'm able to watch fast-moving action and game during the day. Very responsive when using the PS 5 with minimal (non-existent) lag. While this may be a more entry-level model, it still comes packed with everything you'd expect in a smart TV, from voice control on your Galaxy phone, Samsung TV, Samsung Health and built in support for Apple TV, Amazon and your favourite subscription services. We actually watch a lot of k-dramas at night and because of exceptional contrast ratio it's also been an awesome nighttime replacement for our previous flat-screen. Within a week of everyday use, we had forgot we had a new TV and were concentrated on what we were watching, which speaks both to the quality of the unit and the ease of use of the built-in features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saw this tv in a showroom and was blown away by the clarity of it's picture. The screensaver was of the Coliseum in Italy. I actually thought I was there again. It was amazing how clear it was. Not only is it crystal clear but it's almost like a 3D. I'm not a techy person so don't know how to quite describe it so my words will not do this tv justice. It's loaded with apps plus you can then download extra ones if you so choose. I'm very happy with this tv and thrilled with it.

set up & navigation on this tv is so simplified makes it a pleasure to operate. a very thin bezel gives you more of want you want to see in the picture!! has built in bixby & alexa & many apps & features. beautiful color & clarity with many adjustable options. sound is good for such a slim tv..but of course a soundbar would definitely enhance it. i love the small remotes ergonomic design... & its simplified features!!! no more confusing buttons!!! love its ease of operation. i have no complaints with this samsung 55 "q60t qled 4k uhd smart tv....just loving it!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After purchasing a 65" version of this TV for another room we simply needed to upgrade to the bigger size in our Family Room. Super easy to setup. Plugged all our equipment in and it recognized everything. As we use mostly Apps (Netflix, Disney +, Hulu, Spectrum, AT&, etc) it was super useful to be able to access all of these apps right through the TV. However we do have an Apple TV which we are no able to control with the Samsung Remote. Bravo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is an amazing product and would buy it again in a heartbeat. Yet there are a couple ares where Samsung could improve it. First the Hulu app sometimes refuses to load. I have had to uninstall and reinstall on occasion in order to get it to act correctly. Also the smartthings app interface is lacking at times. it does not show what the app names are in the app selection screen. It also converts to a mouse pointer on certain apps which makes it difficult to select media. I love the way the remote that comes with it paired to my cable box allowing for less clutter. But the brightness control could also be better. When turning this device on at night or in the morning it will almost blind you.

Leveraging the connectivity of this TV we use it as a wireless / streaming PC. The quality of feed has yet to disappoint. My only criticism is the menu of applications could be more sleek and visually accessible. I struggle with visual priorities and where I am in the menu. Value priced and feature rich, I recommend this TV for applications like mine.

Netflix, prime video, and many others I am still finding. The wireless connectivity is awesome - one wire, the power cable! The picture quality is everything I expected from research. Once home it was easy to set up and get running. I can drive the set and features using the remote or the smartthings app. Streaming is smooth and have not experienced any shuttering at all so far. I am happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture Quality is acceptable....not as sharp as my Sony was. The remote is very small and a bit hard to get used to, not user friendly. The instructions for same leave much to be desired. It does include the apple app in the menu which is what I was looking for.

With the quick connect to Netflix/Amazon Prime/Spectrum/etc., it makes navigating to movies or shows a breeze! Plus the picture quality is significantly better than our previous TV we bought 4 years ago.
