I just started gaming on the tv and really enjoy the dedicated gamer mode. It is so easy to setup and I would wholeheartedly recommend this tv.

I love the picture and how it integrates with all my gaming units as well as how easy it was to add all my streaming apps. The set up went fast and I had this unit working with my audio system in little to no time. Overall, this was an incredible purchase and I'm truly satisfied with this television!

The setup was a little tedious when it came to hooking up my phone and all systems to it, but I love how the remote works with my xbox and I can use other devices to control my tv. The picture is also beautiful and vibrant. I saw a lot of complaints about the tv stand being cheap plastic, however I don't see a problem. Its sturdy and looks sleek.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially bought a 65 inch Samsung TV 4 months prior to me buying my 55 inch as a replacement. This was all because of bad aim, the 65 inch screen was inadvertently hit and damaged by a toss of the remote, so without hesitation I purchased another Samsung, only this time I realized I only needed a 55 inch for the bedroom. I could not be happier with both Samsung TVs I purchased. Both were and are exceptional in their pictures and quality and will not hesitate to continue buying Samsung products.

Had to call customer service on a few set up questions they we so helpful. Walked me through every question I had . Best experience I had with a new tv . This TV picture is lifelike and very high definition.With this QLED 82" TV, the black areas of the picture are true black and not gray like most other brands are. I have no regrets for choosing the Samsung QLED TV. I would recommend this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this tv. It looks great, the art the 4K the QLED is wonderful. Easy to hang and set up. 2 things disappoint: I can't figure out the sound and how to stop the volume spikes. I've researched this issue and made the recommended changes but it still happens. I'm not that crazy about the remote, scrolling through the guide is painful and I end up using my cable remote. These 2 things dropped my rating from 5 to 4.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv so much that I bought one for my bedroom. An excellent picture that is sharp and clear. I love the smart feature allowing me to get streaming of Netflix, and Amazon Prime right on the remote. Setup was a little complicated but they talked you through the setup making it easy. I do lose my internet connection and have to reset it once in a while, but I believe that is due to the cable company. I highly recommend this tv. Great for the price.
