Better than the other HD Samsung which had terrible sound issues. the sound quality on the original one we had was bad but this one is 100 times better than that old one. Perfect sound quality, the access to Netflix via a button on the remote. 10 out of 10!

The only complaint which I can live with is occasionally the microphone for audible requests opens on it own.

It's ease of access and intuitive software are perfect for me. The apps are great and the available apps to download include a great selection. My tv has become the center of my entertainment. The screen quality is beyond this world. The quality is crisp and clear and I cannot distinguish pixels. The colors are just beautiful. There are deeps blacks and the colors and bright and crisp. Overall I love this TV and I couldn't be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on my new Samsung QLED tv is absolutely the best I've seen on any tv I own; and I own 5. Visio, Toshiba, Roku, and a Sony 4K, which is a very good tv with similar features. Samsung's features are better, easier to obtain, the remote is smaller, and simplified, than the Sony. Once my cable remote was program to the tv, I can also bring up the tv menu and go into apps without have to switch to the tv remote. My Sony doesn't do that. The only regret I have with my Samsung; I should have bought a bigger one.!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a great TV. It looks great, and sounds great. My only problem with it was the notifications on the TV. For some unknown reason, my TV remote would not be able to clear them. So on the top right corner of the screen it would have a notification ruining movie and gaming experiences. That happened once every 2 months. Other then that problem, I loved the TV.

It is extremely bright, vivid and works seamlessly with all of my components (PS4, cable, apps) etc. picture is great and game days now that sports are back is amazing. So many compliments from friends and family and my toddler daughters don't move when their shows are on. Totally eye glueing!! Worth the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has a beautifully clear and crisp picture with great detail. The size is wonderful for our great room. Setup was a bit confusing at times, but I finally got everything set for ease of use. Was very easy to connect other devices. The only real issue I find is with the remote , It's sleekly designed but minus the number key pad. More clicks than should be necessary to get to a specific channel, otherwise everything functions very well. Love the picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an earlier model Q7 and wanted something similar in a larger size. Everything has been great so far. Picture is perfect as is sound. Great color variation. Not much tweaking was needed with user settings and smart featuresare good. I have to say I was a bit hesitant on purchasing this due do some of the reviews I had read. I had really hoped that it came with the connection box a fiber optic connection wire my other has but it seems like you can only get that now with the top of the line model in the Q series. I did have one issue with getting on of the stands (feet) to line up and lock in but everything else is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV no real issues except my cable TV Box goes into like a hibernation state until I reset the connection. Pretty easy to fix just annoying. The picture looks good all internet features are working. The Alexa is good on remote and turning TV off, Turning on needs the remote. Has a low refresh rate which may be noticeable to some during game play. Has three HDMI ports. The Remote takes a little getting used to with many of the buttons handling the features like sound up, down and mute on same button. All in all I like it but only using as a TV and stream based TV for watching movies.
