[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our 43” qled smart tv. It has amazing picture quality, and does well with all of the installed streaming apps. If I had to choose something to criticize, it would be the sound. It's decent, but could be clearer. Especially vocals. If it's loud enough to hear every spoken word, sound effects and music can often be overwhelming.Overall, this is a great tv, and given the chance, I'd still choose this one.

It seems fine if you use the Alexa functionality that's built in, but we are a google home family. Besides on/off volume there's not much we can do. Also auto adjustment with light doesn't always work, we live in a high rise corner apt with all windows so the light varies a lot throughout the day. Overall happy with the tv. The regular functionality works great and it looks good in our living room.

Picture quality is aces and the smart features have eliminated the need for an Apple TV or Amazon Fire Stick. The only quirk is that the TV turns off when I power down my Xbox, but I can live with that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The remote. With so many TVs and other A/V equipment, the remote is an after-thought design. You know the ones. They have a circular Nav keys, a num pad, volume keys, a mute key, and a lot of other keys that never get used in a non-ergonomic arrangement. Not with this TV. The design of this remote had the attention of a lot of engineers. With surprising elegance key, functions have been merged into a comfortable array. Using just a thumb, you can perform any function. Now if engineers could just design better Getting Started instruction that reduce the learning curve.

Honestly I don't think I will ever but another TV without it have that brand name(Samsung). The pro tire quality is stunning with a variety of transitional color modes, to suit your own eyes. The fact that that I can get this tv for so cheap is still unbelievable to me. Ever since I got it I can't get enough.

I frequently turned off my old tv when walking by and noticing no one was watching it. Now I need to look for the remote to turn it off - which should be easy but I have a husband and two sons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always admired how full of fun of features and new technology Samsung TV offered before. TV before used to integrate all shows from all the installed and cable to give suggestions, no need to enter the app to watch the movie or series. But now they do not offer that; just gives pop up glimpse of certain contents when you scroll over apps. You have to go into the app to watch the content which is tiresome. Also, no 3D viewing capability which was way cooler and set apart from competition. Other than that TV works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is absolutely gorgeous. My only complaint is Bixby does not work as well in the television as it does on the phone or tablet. Sometimes during a TV show Bixby will start talking thinking that somebody on the TV show summoned it which is annoying and I disabled it.
