However, on my Xbox One X, the TV regularly loses connection to the console via HDMI when opening/loading games, requiring me to turn it off and back on to restore the view from just a black screen with a loading icon. If this weren't a constant problem, the TV would be perfect.

The remote has much less buttons than the old TV. I kind like the old style remote - which allows you to type the numbers to switch between channels.

The interface and control can be a bit confusing for older folks (my parents), but for those who have some technological inclination, it's awesome. The ability to pair it with my phone is also a plus. I can control the TV without the actual remote. I'm also glad that it has all the main apps such as Netflix, CW, Youtube, Disney+, and more. Wish it had maybe 1 more HDMI port, though. Overall, I am super happy with the purchase.

However, I've used the TV everyday since I purchased it and can attest that the investment has been a sound one. I noticed an immediate difference in my gaming experience. Not only are colors significantly more impressive, but can actually perceive when my frames per second are better or worse. Though not my initial concern, sounds are also clearer and far better mixed than my previous TV.

Not only is the display quality outstanding its easy to setup. We love all of the smart features including the ability to use Alexa voice controls. This is a great tv and we would highly recommend it!

It is larger than my previous LED TV and offers a quality viewing experience in my over-sized custom entertainment center. Actually, now that I think about it, it compliments my home nicely now that I think about it. Good Job Samsung!

The apps and feature set are so good I don't need any other devices to watch streaming services or casting hardware. Its all built-in and since I have samsung phones they integrate with each other effortlessly for even more useful functionality. The builtin applications are well designed and the tv has plenty of processor power so the apps actually work. The picture quality and sound are great and the LCD display is able to handle gaming consoles without worrying about burn-in like oled. Its a large tv but the thin bezels allow it to take up less room. I couldn't be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really dislike not being able to turn on the TV from the smartthings app. It always says, "TV IS OFFLINE" which seems pointless if you're gonna have the remote on your phone. Other than that I thoroughly enjoy the TV and all it's capabilities.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was not much better image resolution than my previous TV in terms of color, image details, shades, etc. I decided to change my due it was getting troubles to stay connected with my wi-fi, so I had to disconnect and reconnect it, several times a month and with this new Samsung TV, I am having the same issue: It does not keep the internet info, so we have to physically disconnect the TV from the electrical outlet, wait a few minutes, and connect it again.

This was my first 4k tv that I ever owned and as soon as I turned it on I was blown away. The color, sound and everything I needed for a TV impressed me. I mainly use the TV for gaming and watching movies. Whenever I get more space I will be purchasing either a 2nd TV or just upgrading the one I have. You can't go wrong with samsung TV qled.
