I thought the picture on my old one was amazing, but this one is incredible. The color and clarity were and are fantastic right out of the box. Took a bit of getting used to the new remote and how the apps worked, but once I did, I loved it. Don't hesitate to buy this one.

Best TV I have ever owned and I would recommend it to anyone who cares about picture quality. The sound is really amazing too. My old Vizio TV had okay sound, but my Samsung TV's sound is so much better! I would recommend this Samsung TV to anyone from gamers to binge watchers.

Game mode is automatically turned on when on your game system. I play on PlayStation, Switch and Xbox and they look great. I also use most of the apps on the TV and they work well. The voice function is also very good for looking at the weather or opening apps. It does lag sometimes when inputting different commands, I find just powering on and off will solve the problem. I was looking at another TV in the store, but then I was recommended this TV by my brother. Now I love it, I would recommend this for anyone looking for this size or smaller.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has excellent picture quality - but when I try to open any app (Britbox, Disney, etc) I have no sound. Cannot figure out how to correct this problem. I guess it has to do with the Samsung remote - not the Comcast one. Hope you can help me. Also, closed caption on Prime Video sites is very small and I cannot increase the size or the background. These issues are frustrating for me.
