[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to be very easy to work as far as settings and controls and that goes don't mess with the picture it really does have a great picture sound blows my old TV away other than that I am super satisfied so far but could really use a soundbar LOL

I bought this tv a month ago and when I was trying to set it up and use Bixby it wasn't working. I make requests to get my google home to control my tv and it doesn't work, even after I attempt to reconnect them. After a few days Bixby kicked in but it never understands me. The tv continuously kicks me out of the screen mirroring and I'm convinced maybe my tv is defective. On the upside it comes with its own channels almost like cable if you use the Samsung TV plus, the tv offers great visual quality and you can download other apps for anything really. The brightness adjustment is also a really cool feature.

So to remedy the deficiencies I had to purchase a stick for better streaming, better remote (button placement was clearly not a consideration on the standard remote. You should be able to operate in the dark and without looking) and voice

It has become a joy for me and my family to sit down and enjoy family night watch a movie on our TV. Which gives us a feel of being in the movie theater. Thanks to our new TV we don't have to worry about the movie theater being close do to covid 19 because we now own our own movie theater Inside. I really want to thank the developers for such an amazing product I. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV performs well. However, some of the built-in setting options do not work. For example, you can choose an option that will load your last viewed App upon start up. This does not work because the Samsung TV Plus app takes over no matter what you try to do. Very irritating and not especially smart on the part of Samsung. Forcing customers to watch your content is not a wise business decision.

It does have some occasional connection issues which could just be my WiFi but my other devices seem to run fine so I'm not quite sure what the problem would be, but again overall the Tv is great

The colors are gorgeous, and it runs video games like a charm with its HDR 10+ capability, game mode to assist with lag, and 4k capabilities. I imagine it will be even better with the next generation consoles around the corner. The home screen is very easy to navigate, and apps are easy to use. It also is very convenient to pair your Samsung phone with the TV and mirror screens! It is also nice to have free channels through Samsung's free streaming service. The exterior looks are sleek, with little no border around the edge of the TV. The sound is solid, but a compatible soundbar would be make it loads better. I will seriously be considering this TV when I get a bigger place to live!

Even though it only has 60 HZ refresh rate you can't tell because of the QLED quality where it fills in the pixels. THE FEATURES ON THIS THING ARE AMAZING IN THE INTERFACE WITH ALEXA IS ALSO AWESOME! Samsung is also one of the few manufacturers that still has Bluetooth on their TVs so you can listen privately. Samsung QLED is one of the best bargains on the market right now.
