Thanks to SAMSUNG SUPPORT solving less HDMI connections on tv over those on original ONE CONNECT BOX I was able to use SAMSUNG SOUNDBAR HDMI IN and out to Make up for only 3 on TV. Also using Bixsby makes for quicker access to Tiles. Less remotes to switch between in going from ROKU to ACORNTV or NETFLEX. HOPEFULLY THE DAY WILL COME WHEN ONLY ONE REMOTE IS NEEDED WITH THUS NEW SMART TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two months in and overall we are pleased with the picture quality and sound quality for our setting. Good balance of color and black settings in dark environments. Good smooth picture when watching action and sports based on limited usage thus far. The only issues I am experiencing is a lag when switching between functions on the remote or switching between apps. It is slow to respond.Lastly, one of the deciding factors in choosing this set over another was the built in Spectrum TV streaming app. Overall, the app is disappointing since it does not allow the usage of the cloud DVR and no way to pause or record using the app installed on the TV. The app is also buffering a great deal even with 450MB connection speed, and there is no lag when using a Hulu. I was hoping a firmware update may fix this, but the software is up to date.

The colors are vivid and bright; however for darker scenes its best to have the lights off to see clearly. In addition, the remote control is simple and straight forward to use out of the box. Overall I would recommend this TV if your looking for something simple and watching your favorite media.

Better than the other HD Samsung which had terrible sound issues. the sound quality on the original one we had was bad but this one is 100 times better than that old one. Perfect sound quality, the access to Netflix via a button on the remote. 10 out of 10!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV was easy to set up. The picture is amazing. I am currently using a Bose sound bar. I am not entirely pleased with the quality of sound. I would truly love to win this sound system to make my system perfect.

the first week was okay but a month in things are processing slower. the action is extremly slow. if it was for this covid scare and it being difficult to return i would hqve returned it. why anyone would sell a tv with a 60 hz refresh rate these day just blows my mind. any fast motion is a blurr.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is second Samsung Qled I love the colors details, the remote is pretty nice, I uses it to turn the tv on, sound, and going to the menu for my app. Everything else I use my cable remote, that home button I use a lot, sound is okay. I must say it a pretty nice tv. I don't play games on it. I have give 2 away as presents, and two for me. 48 in 50 in 55 in and last one was 50 in Crystal HUD seven series I kind like the too great picture and sound
