I've never hated a vacuum more in my life. First the positive. The vacuum is plenty powerful. The light on the front is great. Swivel is great, and we like how easy it is to vacuum under the bed. But. The wand is frustrating to use. The hose is not long enough and the vacuum will tip over when only a few feet away from it while using the wand. The lift away feature seems great in theory, good for stairs, or going under bed or other furniture, but do not set it down while using the wand because it will certainly tip over. So you must hold this heavy vacuum with your other hand the entire time you use the wand. The square dusting attachment sucks and is awkward to use and not ergonomic. Often the attachments on the back of the vacuum will pop off when using the vacuum in upright mode. I'm not kidding... I've never been more frustrated by a vacuum. Our last vacuum we had for over 8 years had none of these issues.

The power head broke in just over a year for the price of this vacuum I would expect more value than that. Called to see about a replacement part and was told replacement would be about 50% of the cost of the vacuum. No thank you and goodbye Shark you have lost a customer with that one. Not to mention this was a second vacuum for the houst so it was used maybe 3 times.

If I could give a zero on this rating, I would. This vacuum is heavy and it does not vacuum hardwood floors good at all. On thick carpet, it shuts off numerous times. Leaves dust and small pieces of trash on the floors and carpet. Doesn't have a long cord.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is lightweight but tough on dust dirt hair. I literally used this on the entire house the first time I used it. The extended wand reaches high up in the corners of the ceiling. The lift away feature makes cleaning the stairs and absolute breeze. My favorite feature is the self cleaning brush. no more hair all tangled up in the roller!!! Great suction without being overly loud. Great on carpet hard wood floors linoleum and slate. I simply love this vacuum. My only complaint is that I wish I could turn the led lights off as they are super bright and not always necessary to have on.

This vaccine is very potent it's very fast for home cleaning , it comes with all accessories and filter and two baccterie strong power and rotator .

I got this to replace a Shark vacuum that we loved. After using it for several months it just gets worse. This is the most poorly designed vacuum, heavy and incredibly difficult to push (won't even go forward straight). So difficult that it will give you blisters after a whole house vacuum. Most miserable product I have ever owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been enjoying using the Shark Vacuum. It has great suction and is light and easy to move around the house. I first used it to clean up the playroom which is also where our cats hang out, and I was surprised at how much hair and dirt it was able to clean out of there. I've been using it in there almost every other day and I love how the brush roll still looks brand new and hair is never tangled up in it. I also use it in Lift-Away mode with the wand so that I can get under the beds and clean all of the dust bunnies out of there. My wife even says that it is super light and she doesn't have any issues getting into small places with it. We also have some large rugs that are heavy pile and have been known to jam up other vacuums, but with the Shark there wasn't any issues and it was also very easy to push across the heavy pile rug and never got stuck. The detachable handle is fantastic with the upholstery wand and crevice tool which lets me get all of the crumbs left over by my little one. The suction is fantastic and I love that everything is connected to the vacuum so I don't have to worry about hunting down a part when I want to use it. Also the cord is easily wrapped around the cord keeps when putting it away but is just as easy to remove when the I want to use the vacuum. One small thing that I love is that the cord keeper has a little notch to hold the cord up a bit so you don't have to keep reaching up to the ground to pick it up and also helps keep it out of the way so you don't constantly have to hold the cord when using the vacuum. This is such a small thing but makes a big difference when in use. Emptying the dust bin is super easy and I don't find that I have to bang it against the trash been to make sure everything comes out. I also like that it is very easy to get to the filters so I can clean or replace them as needed. The Shark vacuum has helped me keep my house cleaner and has also made that task much easier than it was before.
