I am amazed, and I am not one to be easily impressed. This vac does a great job with pet hair and my daughter's and my very long hair. We finally found a vac that we don't have to remove the brush roller after each use to cut and remove the hair wrapped around the roller. The self-cleaning roller feature truly works! I love how easily the canister can be removed so we can vac under beds and furniture, how easily it maneuvers, and how easy is to drop the contents into the trash can. It does a great job on carpets and our hardwood floors, which makes my job so much easier.

I originally wanted the Apex for the dual rollers but it was a bit too much for our little townhouse. Kept breaking a circuit when I tried vacuuming at night:( So I settled for this which is GREAT!! The Zero-M no hair tangles is the BEST!! And it always picks up more dirt even if I just vacuumed. I did also buy a Dyson cordless stick vacuum with soft roller for my tile which practically replaces my broom. Best thing ever to be able to "sweep" while holding a baby:)

This vacuum out performed the most powerful vacuum we had owned.

Really happy with the product.. 4 stars instead of 5 because i thought this vaccum cleaner have a floor mopping feature too but unfortunately it doesn't have otherwise highly recommended

I haven't personally used this vacuum yet, but my best friend swears by it. She uses it daily and constantly praises the powered lift away feature and the self cleaning brush. It makes light work of pet hair and deep cleaning, which is exactly what I need based on her glowing recommendation and how spotless her home always looks. I'm confident this is a top-tier machine. It's definitely a must have for anyone looking to upgrade their cleaning routine.

There are a lot of features I like. Right height, easy to take apart, empties easily, powerful. Vacuums under furniture a big plus and has a brush/fin. Do not like it's so HEAVY. Hose too short.. should be few inches longer. Bought because I did not want roller vacuum..too much maintenance. Because of COVID could not find another vacuum without dealing with returns. Decided to keep. I vacuum holding canister, too heavy to use as upright.

Full Review: This vacuum is a total powerhouse. It glides like a dream across rugs, hardwood, and tile. The suction is fantastic, and I love how it traps dust without kicking anything back up. It's not too heavy, and the swivel makes it easy to maneuver around furniture. If you've got pets, kids, or just a lot of life happening, this vacuum keeps up. Definitely a 4.5 to 5 star performer!

I have been looking for a small vacuum for a while that didn't break the bank, this one is great! I really am delighted by its suction power. It moves good, although it took a couple of times to get use to how it turns. Now I'm pleased with that easy maneuverability. I also love that it have a light.

We had one of the original Rotator vacuums and loved everything about it. Unfortunately it no longer works. Sadly, we can't use any of the attachments from the old vacuum for the new one. Also, the flanges on the main suction tube make it difficult to get into tight places and the power switch is different to operate (no positive on/off click). Still a very good product and works as advertised.

I have owned Shark previously. It has a flaw at the bend of the coiled hose. It tore/cracked with normal household use. Tried to tape and glue with no luck. With cracked hose suction was effected. I finally decided to purchase another lift-away Shar. Purchased this model thought it was a step up in quality but it was not. Has same hose and will probably break as well. However, used the first time and realized it was not as powerful as my previous Shark. I thought I had purchased the next model up in quality. Also the lights were gone. My previous vacuum had lights on all of the attachments that were very helpful. Sadly I am stuck with this vacuum.
