Feels sturdy

I bought two !!! Four kids two rooms no problem

I bought the bed and brought it home.  I hauled it all the way upstairs (it's quite heavy).  I unboxed it and found that it was missing the instructions and a piece was damaged.
I called the 800 number and requested a call back.  It never came.  
I called back and waited on hold for 2.5 hours, when I reached caller #0, I heard a recorded message that said they were experiencing "technical difficulties" and I should try back later.  I called back.  A recording told me that they were not open despite being well within the hours listed..  

I called another 800 number on the packaging.  I was told that the supplier does not ship replacement parts so I could return it to the store (all 210 pounds of it) but that it had to be in its original packaging in order to get my money back.

Damaged and no customer service!

Bought this for my grandson for our house. We our very please that we're going to buy one for his house. We put it on sliders where it will make it easier to make the beds. Enough room under the bed for storage . We bought baskets to store his toys in.
