Checked several different websites for pricing and different features of playhouses. Walmart had the best price on this particular one that I had settled on. Like that it has a floor. Our grandson enjoys opening and closing the door and shutters. He also enjoys the door bell and phone. Perfect for a little guy 20 months old when he comes to visit us! I feel this is a quality product for the cost and it was easy to assemble!

The house is perfect in every way. Maddi loves playing in it. It was easy to assemble except the 4 screws the attach to the top in mid section in the front and back of the house. Holes were not predrilled. Made it a bit harder for Grampie to finish it! Other than that it is perfect.

We bought this cottage for our son's 1st birthday. We have a 4 1/2 yr old son as well and they both LOVE it! It's sturdy (our oldest likes to climb through the windows haha)! My husband put it together within about 20 minutes or so. We are very impressed with the quality of the cottage!! The colors are great, especially for a family with boys because we didn't want anything too girly. I researched and compared more clubhouses than I can count and we're so glad we went with this one!

This is a very nice child's play house. Like everything about it except the table could use some extra reinforcement. My daughter tries to climb up on it and it bends down. Should be secured to the floor instead of the side wall. Other than that she loves it and plays with it constantly.

My granddaughter absolutely loves her new playhouse. It was easy for my son to assemble (I think it took less than half an hour). Adelyn was so excited to have a place to play with her Doc McStuffins toys. The only problem was picking up the playhouse. My Walmart account showed that the order was available for pickup. When my husband arrived at the store he was told that the order was canceled because it hadn't been picked up. The website says that you have 14 days to pick up an order. The stores put the items back after 7 days. Fortunately the playhouse was still there. My credit card wasn't credited for 2 days after the playhouse was picked up. (My husband used a different card to pay). I'm not sure if I will use Site-to-Store again.

I purchased for my 2 year old grand-daughter. Her birthday party had ages from 2 to 11 …. How many children can you fit into this house - Answer is 9. What a hoot! All of them loved it. Couldn't wait to take their turn on the phone, ringing door bell and just putting mail in the slot. Love the floor! Great way to teach children how to keep house…. Would recommend to anyone who wishes to have something sturdy and worth the value.

This little house is quite sturdy and very attractive. My granddaughter loved it and started playing with it immediately. The only concern that I have is the table/sink combo standing up to the constant play since it is not as well supported as the rest of the house. I love the floor. Most of these little houses do not come with a floor. As we were putting it together, my husband and I were a bit concerned that only the sink was not engineered to withstand the play of little ones. Other than the sink/table engineering, I would have given this product a 5 star rating.

I bought the Step2 Neat & Tidy Cottage Playhouse for my grandson and he absolutely love it. He loves going in and out of the door, ringing the doorbell and pretending to talk on the cell phone. My grandson was 20 months when we got it; he's now 2 1/2 and still plays in it when he comes to our house. He wants me to get in with him, and I do, but is not easy at 67 yrs. old.

The neat and tidy cottage was purchased for our grandsons second birthday. He, along with this cousins, love the playhouse. It is very well made and will last a very long time. We are very pleased with this purchase, not to mention great price and free delivery!

The house arrived just in time for Christmas and my LO fell in love on Christmas Day. It took maybe an hour to put together. The holes for the screws weren't the easiest to make thank goodness for having an electric drill or I wouldn't know how I could have put the screws in since there really was not premade holes only spots where u could see that there should be one. But simple and sturdy and hours of play for my LO perfect size for the living room and I recommend this size for anyone who has a child between the ages of 18-24 months or more suitable size wise.
