It took about 2 hours for me to assemble this for my 2 yr old grand daughter. Photo instructions were e-z to follow. She and her 3 yr old cousin loved it. It would be handy to have an awl to punch out the screw holes and I used my power power drill, for most of the screws. 2 complaints, the red STEP 2 LOGO was factory applied upside down and the package did not include the floral arrangement for the flower box on front. We did received 2 bags of accessories such as the screws, cell phones

Bought this for my 4 year old grandson!! Very easy to put together! Free shipping since I used site to store, but bring a truck due to big box, but box is fairly light!! Kind of small inside, he'll be able to use it 2 years max, then he'll be too tall, maybe even only a year! It was a little expensive ( in the 150's ) for what you get, but he loves it, and that's what counts!!!

Oh my gosh, this playhouse is absolutely adorable. Pretty %26 pink, with a little sink %26 bbq grill, my granddaughter is in love. But the best part, the real working doorbell, she makes us all use it, she even uses it before she enters, lol. My husband liked this one best because it has a floor, no more wet grass or muddy feet. I like it because it is a little more narrow then most playhouses, this way it will fit perfectly in her room during the winter. She's may only be almost 2, but she is definitely Queen of her very own Castle!!

Great little cottage for my one year old great grandson. He loves being able to push the door open and shut as he enters and exits it. He loves the shutters on the window. So glad I bought this cottage for him! At first I thought he might be a little young for it since he just started walking, however he proved me wrong. I am certain he will get lots of use out of his little cottage as he continues to grow.

We were a little disappointed in how cheaply made the house feels. However, we shopped around and this was the best price for what you get. Our 20 month old loves it and that means most! Walmart also had free shipping and handling when toysrus was going to charge $50. The house also made it to our house in 3 days!

This produce is sturdy, easy to assemble, and our grandchildren love it. I like the fact it has a bottom in it. When we purchase tents, etc, without bottoms the kids end up tipping them over either accidentally or sometimes it becomes a game. In either case, that can not happen with this item. We are very pleased with it and would highly recommend.

I bought this playhouse for my grand-daughter's 2nd birthday and she loves it. Took my son about 30 minutes to assemble once he located his tools. I also went to the dollar store and bought fake flowers and some florist foam. It fits nicely in the flower box and she enjoy rearranging her flowers.

The cottage would be cute if I had all the parts. Can't even put it together because we don't have the screws. Very disappointed when I opened the box. No phone or decals, no faucet, no grill, no door bell, no directions. Box was damaged and taped together. Called Step 2 and Betina was very helpful in sending the missing parts. Glad I opened this before my grandaughter did.

The quality of the house is top notch, but we had a few problems. Walmart.com is making it right, but that doesn't remove the disappointment of a three-year-old. No instructions. Doorbell and phone missing. Screws don't fit. Since this is shipped from the manufacturer, this certainly is not Walmart's fault. It's just frustrating. Hopefully the replacement will be complete.

My daughters love this play house. My 2 year old loves the door bell, it actually works! She also loves opening up the window and popping her head out. My husband had no problems putting it together. We kept it inside for awhile then moved it outside. It's the perfect size. I love that the floor is plastic. The only thing about having it outside is when it rains water collects in it and we have to dump it out.
