Step2 has gone down in quality. the plastic is not very durable and it looks cheap! I am sorry I did not get to see it in the store before I ordered it. the door bell you can barely hear and with the kids chatting it makes is almost impossible. I will not order anything online that is made by Step2. I must see it first!!

Pleased with this purchase. Easy assembly, my husband put it together by himself. I chose this specifically for the plastic bottom inside the house. Currently being used inside due to winter, but will be placed outside in the future for my 1 year old

There was a small crack in the base (thus the 4 rating), but the kids were way too excited for us to deal with a return. Other than that its a solid toy. Our kids are ages 1 (boy) and 4 (girl) and they both love it! They play with it every day. I was concerned about the size, but we had a party and there were 6 kids at one point playing in and around the house. Great for little ones!

I was disappointed in this product. First there were no instructions on how to put it together. For the most part it's simple. But there are a handful of screws you need directions of which ones go where. We had to download the manual. Second, the picture shows stickers, there weren't any. 3rd, the doorbell rang before we installed it. But as soon as we screwed it in, it stopped working. Fourth, the one side was jacked so it wouldn't go in the hole correctly. We could not get it in 100% so we assembled it that way. Thankfully we were able to. My grandson did like it so it was still worth it. If you get everything you're supposed to and nothings wrong, then it's say it's cool for the price.

Works well for my 1 year old child! Its bigger than others and I love that it has the floor! It only took 20 minutes at most to put together. It has rained several times and I never had water build up in the bottom. Got many complements from other parents asking where to buy it.

For the price it is definitely worth it and it came as described came right on time and was a big hit with my 18month old. I highly recommend it! You do have to put the stickers on yourself once assembled so if your a bit shakey Like me then you may find some frustration but other then that it's a 9/10 for me.

Our two year old daughter loves her playhouse! It was easy for my husband to put together and it withstands all types of weather. We have it housed on the deck for easy access to our little angel! Great product. Highly recommended to any toddle girl!

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas! I am very pleased with it we plan on keeping it inside in her playroom.. Its not to big not to small.. I was trying to decide on this and the four seasons play house and Im glad I went with this one for a little more money! I can actually fit comfortably in there with her where as with the smaller one I dont think I would have been able to get in there with her! Over all happy with product!! the screws on the side of the house where the table is were not quit long enough and pulled out of the plastic which caused the table to bend down if my daughter would lean on it.. we just went and bought a little bit longer screws and that did the trick! I didnt find the roof flimsy like other post had mentioned.. I mean its thin but still sturdy!

This same cottage sells for $180 on Amazon. Walmart had a great deal at $139 with free shipping to my house. It was easy to put together. My 3-1/2 year old granddaughter helped and eagerly asked if she could start playing in it a dozen times or more before we had it built. She seems to really enjoy it.

- not too difficult to put together with a good screwdriver - the final product is not too sturdy - not for tall kids over 3 My 3-year old granddaughter loved it. I am not sure for how long she would be able to use it (fit into it) but she was happy and excited about it at her birthday and that's all that mattered to me
