We got the portable tetherball but didn't get a chance to open the box for 6 months. When we assembled it 6 months later the pole was wobbly. Their customer service was amazing and they absolutely took care of our issue. The tetherball assembly is awesome! The kids love it!! Good fun while getting good exercise!!

I absolutely love this. Sturdy and easy to set up....Bought it to relive my youth and play tetherball with my grand kids. I wish they included extra plugs, as my youngest grand son popped out the plug the first day and hid it somewhere.... But other than that I LOVE IT, NO REGRETS AND I AM THINKING OF BUYING ANOTHER ONE FOR THE OTHER GRAND PARENTS HOUSE!

My kids love this. We set it up during the summer not far from the basketball hoop. They go back and forth between the two and come up with fun games. Ah the imagination of kids! I do wish the base were just a bit larger. When the adults hop in and play we can get a little crazy and I think a heavier base would help. Other than that this is the perfect pairing for a swing set, dome climber, or basketball hoop.

Gift for our 5 year old grandson. He lives in a neighborhood where there are mostly girls, so this was a perfect gift for them all to play something together that he was included in. Great exercise, portable and I would definitely recommend it since it gets kids outside and away from video games, tv, etc.

We bought this almost 5 years ago, has provided tons of play. We replaced the ball a total of 4 times, the hot Texas sun is rough on balls. Went to replace the ball again and the part that holds the ball to the pole broke. Called Lifetime and they replaced it free of charge. Great customer service!

The set was sent as a birthday present for my five-year old grandson in Oxford, Ms. When the package arrived, a bolt was missing, so he didn't get the present and my son just returned it to the store. I read that other people also had missing parts on this item. You need to do a better job with quality control...

We bought this a few years back for the grand-kids. However, it is used by their parents as much. It provides the opportunity for fun normally found at school only. This set, like all of the products from Lifetime hold up so well. We put the ball away because the smaller ponies like to knock it around when they are in the play area. Fun for everyone and everything.

Needed a portable set for our church. It needed a bit of tools to put it together but fairly easy to do. Kids and adults loved it! Great product for the price! Perfect lawn game for all abilities! Good quality and stable after filling base with water.

i bought this as a Christmas present for our 7 yr old grandson. Within 3 months the pole became Unstable and listed. loosely at a 45degree angle. I kept tightening the base bolts at the base until the were extended past the base bottom. This made the base even more unstable. I had to shorten the bolts by cutting them. The only children using this were 7/8 yr olds and grandpa. The base had 220 lbs. of dry sand. I'd place a picture but it times out.

I bought this for my daycare center and it gets a ton of use and has held up great. 1 of the kids took the cap off and we lost it. We fill with water because it makes it studier than sand and can empty it that way. I contacted Lifetime and they sent me a new cap at no charge. So thankful and will only purchase from lifetime from here on out!
