The Omron 5 Series Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor is clinically validated, but consistent readings depend on proper cuff size, snug placement on a bare upper arm, correct arm position at heart level, and sitting quietly for a few minutes before measuring, small setup differences can affect results.
