Will not work without downloading app and making an account. I'm not downloading an app and giving out my info just to use the blood pressure cuff that i already paid for.

Worthless without app

Very nice, compact, efficient little unit.  Accurate as far as I can tell, and very easy to use (possibly easier for me because I've had a different home monitor I've been using for years).  One problem for me was that the background light of the screen stopped functioning after about the 3rd day and I have to return this and get a new one.  This doesn't affect my high rating of the convenience of the device, however.
