I kept this in my desk for a month to see how effective it was compared to my usual headache relief medications, and it definitely worked better than what I usually use! I could feel it helping my headache and body pains in less than a half hour after taking it. I usually alternate between Tylenol and Ibuprofen when I'm not feeling well but with this dial action pill you get the best of both and are able to take way less pills! I will definitely get again and would definitely recommend to friends and family!
