I have severe endometriosis along with heavy bleeding and ovarian cyst so most medication doesnt help with me cramps but I took two pills for the Advil dual action and within 10mins I felt amazing! They help well with all types of pain and as an antipyretic. These tablets contain both ibuprofen and acetaminophen, two effective ingredients that work very well.
