With 250mgs of Ibuprofen and 500mgs of Acetaminophen in each dosage. It says it lasts up to 8 hours and that's a good amount of time. It is interesting that it combines both acetaminophen and Ibuprofen instead of one or the other. The pills do not have a bad aftertaste and they do not get caught in your throat. I would purchase this product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I often take Advil so I was glad to try this new one, it worked better than expected, I have used it for my knee pain (I have tendonitis on my right knee) and it only took a couple of minutes to relief the pain, I haven't tried it for headaches, but I'm pretty sure that will work great for that too.
