Now you can have both in one pill! This is the ultimate in OTC pain relief. I am very impressed and I am happy to have these in my medicine cabinet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is a smaller dosage than normal ibuprofen so if you need the 200 my of ibuprofen for it to work, just be aware. It took away my backache. I also feel like 2 Tylenol and 1 ibuprofen would have had the same result

I do recommend counting the dose and considering your intake based on your symptoms. I would def take on days where I may have fever and aches to get the best dual action relief.

I'm not positive what I would improve, but for an over the counter relief medication this worked really well. I'm glad I received a sample complimentary, this is usually not a product I would buy but now that I've sampled it I definitely will in the future.
