Super effective, normal packaging, I feel they're a little overpriced for the amount you receive and how many you're meant to take each time. The ingredients are alright, though some I question because I'm unsure about them. I didn't notice any side effects, but I can't guarantee anyone else won't have any side effects. It helps with pain and swelling, or whatever ache you might have! Give it a try you won’t be disappointed. Combo pack puts a stop on aches and pains.
