It kicked in fast and helped me get back to my day to day activities quicker than other medicines I've tried. It helped almost instantly with menstrual cramps and didn't take long to ease my headache. would definitely buy again.

Ive never seen both in 1 tablet form before. This is definitely useful on the days Im going through really bad cramps or headaches!
