[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having both over the counter pain relievers in one tablet just seems like a good choice. Kinda like caffeine with Acetaminophen. This product was effective at taking care of my headaches (which I get when I wake up and right before I go to bed) to be fair I didn't feel a different feeling from this medication compared to the everyday run of the mill Acetaminophen or Advil, but I can't see why I personally wouldn't buy this again - it works. An all in one tablet would outweigh any pros of buying a separate bottle of both. I personally know people who can't take one or the other, I don't fall under that category so take my words with a grain of salt.

I don’t think this stuff works any better but it doesn’t work any worse. I’ve only used it for headaches so maybe it’s more effective for other types of pain. I do however try to stay away from ibuprofen but all in all it worked great and im not complaining. I got this complimentary from influenster.
