Ibuprofen by itself doesn't do anything for me but the combo of aspirin and ibuprofen definitely gives me that much needed relief from headaches and cramps! I will be purchasing this in the future.

I have been experiencing some pain in my rib due to a bike crash and had been take 4 200mg ibuprofen a few times daily and when I got this medicine I took three and only had to take 3 twice daily for the same effect. Its all gone now though wish I had more!!
